Ability: Blurred Lines - Besides being the name of a pop song, Blurred Lines is Ishe's ability. She can look fuzzy and undefined at will and while in this state, it's hard to get a decent picture of her or to look at her directly. In addition for it being hard to focus on Ishe, fast moving projectiles such as bullets and thrown food can't hit her.

Personality: Ishe is a shy and skittish girl who is afraid of being the center of attention. She has a habit of using her powers to make it hard for people to see her when she's made the center of attention.
Bio: Ishe is the shy cook of Edwin's Home and is happy for the job. During the years she attended the school she learned how to control her, in addition to learning how to cook. Following her graduation, Ishe felt a strong connection between her and the school and immediately applied for a job as a cook. To her joy she was accepted and her new life began. At first she was acted like a klutz and often messed up recipes but after a few weeks she got settled into the routine and makes food to serve to everyone. On a side note, the only clear picture of her is a picture of her in her new cook outfit on her first day.
