The ship can be split in five pieces. Three of them, the front, the center, and the back are forming the main hull, and we have the two flight pods, one on the left and one on the right. Each piece was carved out of a planet during centuries. The Varanium that remained was stocked, and those reserves allowed the Colonials the repair and upgrade their fleet in the last time.

So, let me get this straight. Since it's after 3000 AD now, you've been working on the Ark for more than a thousand years (roughly). Damn. That's cool. So how did no harm come to it during the FIW? And how did you even have the resources to start when mankind was mostly late PMT... especially if you hadn't split from the URE yet (the URE wasn't even formed until 2160, and we didn't even have interstellar colonies until 2118. That is, unless you changed the history, which I'm totally fine with, after all, you can't be expected to abide by the historical base of a player that wasn't around for the better part of a year.)


As you can tell, I set up a pretty in-depth history of the URE. I'd link you my Microsoft Word document about the 'history' of the future, but I wrote it when I was 11, so... yeah. Grammar, accuracy n'stuff. Plus I've augmented it since, and I'm considering this one of several 'main' fictional universes in which the URE exists/did exist. It certainly is the most interesting, thanks to you guys.


If you have any interest about the original fictional universe I created to house the URE and several other star nations, just TG me and I'll be happy to waste your time with multi-paragraph responses.

According to what I wrote, Mankind mainly lost the FTL travel during the night, and most of the technology that was lost was civilian, for obvious reasons. The people on Thylium, who would later become the capital of the S.C., had the plans as the work was started before the Great War. With pretty much nothing else important to do, they worked at it. It was thought that the new ship might have some sort of FTL travel when completed.

Then it wasn't affected in the IW's since the Keltakens never reached Tau Volantis, that planet is hidden deep into Colonial territory.

I think that yes, of course, but you might need to find a reason for why you weren't discovered yet. Earth like planets are a pretty rare and valuable thing.

I was thinking of explaining the title of Hegemon.

Technically, it originated from the H.C.A. After the destruction of the Travel Network and the attack of the Invaders, from all around the Solar System, the Central Government selected the twelve best strategists available, no matter the age,and invested them with full powers to organize the Sol System's defenses. The twelve strategists were called Hegemons.

In the S.C. at least, the original leader was a President, but as the Colonies were starting to lose the First Secession War, the most talented person at strategy and tactics was chosen as Hegemon, and was given full military powers. During the next centuries, the Hegemon's started to gain more and more power and influence due to the constant wars, until eventually they replaced the President.

Even today, the Hegemon of the Colonies is the most talented person at strategy and tactics in the Colonies.

I'm not sure of its location on the map. If it happens to be in my territory, I will give it to him, as long as it's not in the middle of my territory or something. Still, playing as such an undeveloped race might be dangerous, but it's his choice.

I was thinking that maybe, sometime in the future, there will be some sort of negotiations between the S.C. and the others, and Cardinal will bring the Hegemon just to show the other leaders how much of a puppet he had become.

It's kind of in the middle of my territory. And remember, guys: the Sol System is just s sacred to the Martians as it is to you. For one, it harbors a rare Terran-like Planet, and secondly, the prehistoric Martian homeworld (Mars) remains in the system with one of our biggest ships in orbit around it.
