There are centuries of blood and death between Earth and the Colonies. Combine that with the little influence of the Invaders, and we should all wonder how they didn't start to shoot each other yet.

I may have emphasized it a little, but the overall situation isn't that bad. The Sovereign Colonies still have most of their forces intact, hold the rest of the defensive lines and have control over a large part of the Colonies, but they're quickly losing public support.

Would it be okay for everyone if the allied fleets will jump/warp near Tau Volantis, where the Colonial Expeditionary Force was destroyed? It would be a perfect place to reveal a part of the plan of the Invaders.

If anyone else is willing to help the, let's call them Allied Nations, as I said, Tau Volantis will be a good place to start, as it will the place where a first big battle will happen. I'm going to slowly start it since the Alliance's ships are there, but everyone can still join.

I wouldn't be surprised if the Hegemon along with any other survivors have noticed the A-P Combined Armada appearing simply due to how many ships make up the armada and where the jumped out at.

Unfortunately, the AC-P Colonial Fleet has no survivors in space. There are some survivors down in the CMS Terra Nova, but the approach of the Alliance's ships will be made more difficult by the giant storms that are ravaging the frozen planet's atmosphere. And Tau Volantis is hiding a pretty big secret..

I'm going to post later today, but first, a short description of what happened to the CMS Terra Nova

After the ship's engines were destroyed, the ship tried to make a crash landing on Tau Volantis. Unfortunately, something.. interfered with its FTL drives and reactions, which exploded, severly damaging the ship. The ship was further damaged by the entrance in the atmosphere, when a part of the ship was broken and crashed somewhere else, more exactly the B Hangar, where the Hegemon was in at the moment. The rest of the ship, the main part and the A Hangar Deck crashed a couple kilometrs away, over something else... Well, Hangar B has no surviviors, so anyone else there should head for the main part of the ship.

I'm never prepared to send ground forces... but! Ships! Yesh! And sorry for not sending things earlier, was slightly busy RL and only vaguely tried to reply to the posts from The VOID. BUT I should be writing a post of some Acruani HiveShips (giant white spheres!) and standard capital ships (giant white eggs!) being sent there.

Though really, is there any one who happened to be interested in the Acruani offer to get a general system upgrade? And have an Acruani help with ship controls.

Protoss warriors have teleportation devices on their armor, and if the user is grievously injured the warrior disappears in a flash of blue light and is whisked away to the nearest safe place, but the user can also teleport manually. The device can also get damaged in combat and if that happens it either malfunctions or does not work at all. It has been implemented to minimize Protoss casualties. Maybe if the other races can use the device on their armor...
