Well, at least according to what we made, I think Egypt was supposedly a Roman vassal state for a while. As I said, I would love to have a chance to try to colonize Egypt, even if I would probably end up giving them a lot of autonomy. Of course, if you want to have it, I'm not going to be the annoying guy that destroys your possible nation. You can have it.

The Meiji Restoration is a little more nuanced than that, if you decide to read it. If this isn't sufficiently entertaining or divergent enough for you, I can withdraw my app.

Sorry if I offended you a bit. I just like originality in how many different ways people can alternate history into a completely new country with just a few tweaks. I still like your app, hence the approval. I really liked how your arrived at Ninko Restoration that I was expecting a grand finale as to how it worked. But seriously, it was a very well devised buildup, and I really like you app... hence my approval for you to join, if you haven't already read that part^^

You know? Here's OP's attention. What exactly are you planning with that lands? I mean... I have to draw the line somewhere, and this RP is very full. What will you do with the territories?

Create the Alaska Republic, then try to secure lands further south through diplomacy and war I also want to secure all of modern day Canada

Of course given Canada doesn't actually exist prepare to find that goal unreasonable considering you would be trying to attack some of my cores which have existed probably longer than you have.

By this, I mean that if Rambo had a post that will make Shakespeare jealous, I don't care if it is the entire freaking Martian invasion, the Rambo WILL win. If you have a good, thought out post, you can win westernized army with villagers armed with sticks. That's my logic going into this RP. So... really, numbers don't matter as much as how much dedication you have to the RP, which I hope will motivate you to stick around ^^.

Yes, I think that is definitely fair. Sinai Peninsula... and as much population as you can justify... although I have no idea why would population matter in the RP playing with letters and not crunching numbers. Are there anything else that I can do to sweeten the deal?

No harm, no foul, Osc. I'm very new to Japan as an RP subject - I tend to European or North American stuff like my buddy Cym. So I think I can provide a different perspective on Japanese stuff. With the earlier industrialization, I'm going to try for some steampunk type elements.

Anyhow, here's hoping that it will only spice up the RP, and not million-men march every post. Still, whatever may be in our way I believe that population is just means to an end: in that you can have as much population as you can justify... seriously. While I did say a few things about population to others, it was only after a well thought out critique from others, and their population was far more radical than Accadia's.

Well, I don't want to seem annoying, but territory-like there would be a problem with Crete. Even if I understand that my claim probably wasn't clear, if Italy has Crete, it will need at least one of two big wars with the Roman Empire to be able to take it by force. If he has Crete, I will have to change my first objective from Egypt to Crete.

Well, I don't want to seem annoying, but territory-like there would be a problem with Crete. Even if I understand that my claim probably wasn't clear, if Italy has Crete, it will need at least one of two big wars with the Roman Empire to be able to take it by force. If he has Crete, I will have to change my first objective from Egypt to Crete.

What would be your compromise, then? Have it be independent kingdom for you two to duke it out in future wars?

I dunno exactly how it would have worked out, but couldn't it have been independent nation that fell away from Byzantine during the more difficult times in Roman history, and it was later claimed by western rome before the east had any thoughts about conquering them again... because that Turk stuff?
