Actually, Shadow is en route to the Iceberg Lounge, not knowing whether or not Hyena is going there, but expecting he is.

That can almost never be assumed. That clown NEVER stays dead :p Even if he's dead, though, that would still be the most likely culprit of these types of crimes. Perhaps a plan for a postmortem killing spree? Something the Joker would most definitely do, if only to tease the Bat.

Is it allowed that the villains can use Joker's image to tease the Batman? Maybe get someone dressed up and get sighted in Gotham to tease the Bat? Maybe the villain doesn't know Joker is alive and is assumed dead? Is it possible to do this or do you prefer that the Joker image stays a myth?

I don't think anyone would do that. Mostly cause the Joker will find you and kill in the most horrible way possible.

Alt, I think by the time our characters are done, there won't be a bloody gang left in Gotham, haha. My guy's already taken out one of the Five Families, and is planning on taking out the rest soon.
