I, myself, find some of their warnings to be a little odd, but they are merely here to make sure that this is a sensible, respectful, and PG thread. You may be annoyed, and can probably voice those concerns (though the line about ripping through someone's butt may not go well, that was probably a bit better than this post). There is nothing wrong with being discontent with the moderators, but the mods have a tough job, too.

Dutch literally said he'd kill each and every one of us. Plus put some pics up of a noose for good measure. Absolutely nothing was done to him. That was the moment I lost faith in Moderation, and when they issued Temp a warning, it turned to down-right hatred. Nothing also was done to Dutch after he kept trying to frivolously report me, and when they failed, tried to harass me until I did something flame-worthy. Seriously, fuck that guy and fuck the Mods for letting him get away with that kind of behavior.

Also, what truly tough job do the Mods have? If you go and look at the Moderation Forum, you can see that they have most things under wraps (or plainly ignored). The amount of mods vs the amount of user on the NS Forums means that they really don't have to do much. A single Mod may have to make less than five rulings a day, how utterly tough and demanding of them. But they do it for free! Not for the power they hold over the masses or the benefits of lording over us! Dictators and Autocrats also do it for free.
