Type (Character/Faction/Nation):Anybody can join and RP with their OCs as long as they adhere to the F7 rules and avoid the scrutiny of the moderators by avoiding uncivil behavior
Detailed Description:A Chill thread set in present day Shanghai. No sign-ups needed as long as people stick to the setting. Transport will be subway, bus and Taxi. Popular sights include the zoo, the natural history meusum, science museum and many historical sights.

Take the Chil thread/ All welcome away is like barring the way for creative thought and general fun for a lot of people. Please, unlock it again. As the new OP, I'll promise to keep them in check.

Not to be rude, but doesn't that belong in F7? Chill threads, asterisk play, etc, just check the mod-stickied thread at the top of P2TM. If you want to go deeper than one-liners about your self-insert characters, you want to stick around in P2TM. But if you want simple RPs without much thought needed (not saying it's a bad thing, I like mindless fun too), that belongs in F7.

Is this showcasing a disgust for the rules, or that you are willing to follow them?

The only reason people kept telling you to go to forum 7 was because you posted it in the COTM, which more strictly deals with the POTM. It was an easy mistake, though it should have been a bit more clear (i.e. just say that this request is for the f7).

I understand your plight, but the rules are the rules. Threads of that nature belong in F7, and you're not allowed to restart locked threads without mod permission.

Try TGing the mod responsible and asking if you can refound it. You had some pretty good reasons for it above, I'm sure they'd at least consider it (depending on what got the thread locked, that is).

I know. I've seen your chill thread, I was even tried once to be involved during the Las Vegas stage, but was kind of ignored (since I asked whether I could just jumped right away into posting or not). Not with this account, anyway. I've got too plenty of stuffs with this account and I figured out the other account of mine is freer. But you may need to really the rules to not make it like spamming, like posting images between pages instead of every posts, using emoticons to emphasize it is joke and not insult.

The mods do everything out of spite. And they consistently display favoritism among various nations, as evidenced in the Great Purge, where, despite cherry picking and quote mining various other nations, like Dutch, a mod sanctioned anal tearing of Rob Halfordia occured, attacking me on every possible offense, for no reason other than spite.

Actually, this post is probably the one they will not be happy with. I, myself, find some of their warnings to be a little odd, but they are merely here to make sure that this is a sensible, respectful, and PG thread. You may be annoyed, and can probably voice those concerns (though the line about ripping through someone's butt may not go well, that was probably a bit better than this post). There is nothing wrong with being discontent with the moderators, but the mods have a tough job, too.
