Heard that as well. But I don't feel like forking over 40 more bucks for a mediocre game. I already payed 60.

The biggest thing that killed it for me was that you couldn't just keep farming the stuff required to get the purple stuff. You could only farm so much for that week. Which was annoying.

Yeah, wish I hadn't preordered it but I was excited to play an MMO with my nephew.

Oh well I guess.

I've been using My uncle's X1 while I am in Iowa, at my home I only have a shitty 360 that fails to realize I have Gold. TophatKiwi67, by the way.

Destiny... Mediocre...

It is. The only things good about it is that the actual shooting works fine. And it looks pretty. Everything else is bleh. Mostly poor design choices at the beginning that turned me off. Shit that should've been common sense was tossed to the side.

And according to my friends. They keep nerfing everything. Apparently Auto Rifles are almost unusable at the moment.

Another thing that bothered me was they you could only equip 2 exotic things at once. Which sucks because those are the things that look like they had actual effort put into them.

I think that was removed a while ago, not sure though.

But the Crucible could have been better, pitting people against other people of their level, instead of a level 10 against a level 25 and the like.

Levels don't effect your damage output or armor. They balanced that from the beginning.

Titans are the underpowered ones. Bladedancer hunters are right where they should be. Dat invisibility is OP. Warlocks and their freakin' ability to rez themselves are OP.

I'm pretty sure your level is irrelevant in the Crucible. They balanced everything. Thorn is still OP as shit.

When you balance the damage, there are some blue weapons that go toe to toe with purples. I've been killed by them plenty of times in close firefights.

Must have been a patch cause when I was 10 and fighting 20's they might as well have been invincible. Titan's just shrugged off entire mags of my assault rifles. And melees? They didn't even take down the shield.

More often than not, I would melee a Titan twice cause I ran out of ammo, then he would hit me once and I would die. I lol at it now but it was frustrating.

No, you get 1 exotic weapon and 1 exotic armor. But that's fair, because if you could have more, I'd be using a shotgun as a primary, another shotgun with regenerating ammo, Gjallerhorn, and armor that spawns more heavy ammo, gives me an extra grenade, and makes me Titan bubble blind enemies.

Levels only affect damage when fighting computers. But when they matter, they matter. A 1 level difference is a 30% loss in damage against that foe, adding 10% more for every level in between. It's insane, especially when players were forced to play raids with level 33 enemies during the 1st DLC and players couldn't even reach that level till the 2nd. It's a challenge, but not a fun one. No mechanical difference, just more bullet sponges.

Thorn is getting nerfed in the next patch, and ARs are being buffed. One thing Bungie is good with is dealing with their community. They listen and act on hat they hear.

Weapon rarity doesn't matter in Crucible unless you're playing a special playlist (Iron Banner or Trials of Osiris, high-tier PvP content). Other than that, only the weapon's stats matter.

Ulv, Titans have a special melee they can use after sprinting for a short while, but they only have 6 seconds to use it before they have to stop running and start again. But that special melee can 1-shot most enemies, except those with damage-mitigating buffs, like supers,
