What did you have in mind so far?

So the first is the most developed. I've come up with some new content with another fellow that I haven't added yet, but basically the premise is that a long time ago, a man killed the Gods, or rather, split them into Shards of themselves. This man was sorta a champion of the Gods' father, who himself was split into actual Shards by his children(the current Gods). Now, its hundreds of years later, and either the Gods are returning, or something, but anyway, someone has been looking for Shards, and the chars are looking for the Shards too, for their own different reasons.

Don't really have plot down, but a decent amount of lore.

The second idea is one where I smash aspects of some of my favorite books together, but basically, magic is gone, sealed away somehow, and a there is a land that existed, but it was conquered and its conqueror forged a spell so that it could not be remembered, and thus, never spoken.

Sounds like Stormlight Archive. I'm in, bruh.

Does anyone here remember Trenchies? My first actually sort of successful RP?

I've come up with some new content with another fellow that I haven't added yet, but basically the premise is that a long time ago, a man killed the Gods, or rather, split them into Shards of themselves. This man was sorta a champion of the Gods' father, who himself was split into actual Shards by his children(the current Gods). Now, its hundreds of years later, and either the Gods are returning, or something, but anyway, someone has been looking for Shards, and the chars are looking for the Shards too, for their own different reasons.

Don't really have plot down, but a decent amount of lore.

They both sound interesting although the first is more immediately intriguing to me Kinda has a stormlight archives kinda vibe maybe. It seems like a pretty serviceable plot should be fairly easy to pull out of that. Off the tip of my head I'd say do something like "natural disasters are happening cause the Gods are stuck in shards instead of like, running things so go rlelease them so things stop breaking"

I am glad to be a now reasonably larger blip on the ShyDar than I once was. Now I can be seen with a microscope .

Trenchies was a child I had back in my early days when I was here. It was inspired by Gone with the Blast Wave, a Web comic, and steam punk WW1 and a little bit of M.A.S.H sprinkled in. 3 whole pages of IC. And damn was I proud of myself.

And then EHEG blasted it out of the water and my time was rather spent there then making new RP's.

Thoughts on the ones that jump out at me:

Arilalin: Pretty usable, quite elvish sounding, maybe mess with the spelling to make it more immediately readable
Airaldan: sounds more like a nation rather than a world, these dudes would be your default human kingdom. Horeback knights.
