All right, guys.

Here's my view:

Infinite Justice. I've heard good things about it. I'm sure it's a great RP. Personally, it's not the sort of thing I'm into. But hey; good posts, good playing, that's what an RP is about, right? Right. But there's another side to it.


What Holy High lacks in good playing, it more than makes up for it with good people. I deal with depression and other psychological issues on a daily basis, and it's hard. Occasionally, I even have thoughts of suicide. But you know what? When I'm sad, or angry, or just plain 'meh', the people at Holy High are there. They cheer me up. There's fun, and laughter, and friendship. Any misunderstandings are quickly resolved. We're all friends there, and if new people join, they become friends as well.

Most of you have probably read The Hobbit, and Thorin Oakenshield's quote: 'If more of us valued food and cheer and song above hoarded gold, it would be a merrier world.'

To me, Infinite Justice values gold. That's fine. So maybe Holy High doesn't have the endless supply of gold... But we have what we truly value, food and cheer and song. And that's why I like it. We are merry, indeed.

So yes. Holy High might not have the gold of the dwarves, but we have the merriment of the hobbits, and that's what I like about it. My friends over at Holy High are always there for me, and I'm here for them.

So that's it. That's what I see in Holy High. There are good storylines, some good characters, and some good posts, and some bad storylines, bad characters, and bad posts, like in all RPs. But what matters to me isn't the storylines or the characters or the posts...

It's the people.

And that is what makes Holy High so great.

What did you have in mind so far?

So the first is the most developed. I've come up with some new content with another fellow that I haven't added yet, but basically the premise is that a long time ago, a man killed the Gods, or rather, split them into Shards of themselves. This man was sorta a champion of the Gods' father, who himself was split into actual Shards by his children(the current Gods). Now, its hundreds of years later, and either the Gods are returning, or something, but anyway, someone has been looking for Shards, and the chars are looking for the Shards too, for their own different reasons.

Don't really have plot down, but a decent amount of lore.

The second idea is one where I smash aspects of some of my favorite books together, but basically, magic is gone, sealed away somehow, and a there is a land that existed, but it was conquered and its conqueror forged a spell so that it could not be remembered, and thus, never spoken.
