Has anyone tried doing a Skyrim character RP yet?

Someone has heavily modified Elder Scrolls Lore into their own custom setting via name changes and racial additions but to my knowledge the last Skyrim RP was many moons ago. During that time debate over the Stormcloaks and the Empire was strong.

One of the main issues with a Skyrim RP is representation of the characters of Ulfric and Tullius.

Hosts tend to have a side they favor and thus do a poor job portraying the side they do not favor.

Stormcloak Favored;
-Tries to avoid racist against Elves on any level with in the Stormcloaks despite Ulfric's second, and his brother being prime examples of Elf Haters who are quite vocal in the game.
-Tries to make the Empire even more oppressive then it is in game so as to make them even more of a bad guy. The Empire does wrong but isn't about to go overboard, not when they lack popular support.
-Conveniently forgets that not every Imperial has abandoned Talos and that even Imperial loyal citizens are subject to Aldmeri persecution for their faith.

Imperial Favored;
-Has trouble admitting that Ulfric isn't racist, and the determination to make the Stormcloaks as racist as possible despite the fact that the group does have those who are not racist among them. It's hard for them to comprehend the lack of uniformity across the board.
-Neglects to represent stormcloaks fighting dragons and killing trolls. In the game squads of them will do this. If the Dovakin hasn't gotten around to killing a dragon the Stormcloaks will do it, but the Imperials will not. Imperial favoring hosts do not like to portray this as it puts the empire in a negative light.
-Conveniently forgets that the Aldmeri are permitted to persecute worshipers of Talos in the Empire, and will avoid Aldmeri incidents or pretend that the Aldmeri do not harass loyal Imperial citizens who are Talos faithful.

Such are just two structured examples. If you feel you can be the balanced portraying type go for it and host a Skyrim RP but if you favor a side with great zeal do not host- you will upset someone in your attempts to make your opinion seem the only true one.

I'd like to imagine I could stay as a balanced host. I really never completely sided with one side over the other. I saw both the merits and downfalls of each of the factions, and didn't feel any guilt by switching to the other side during my second playthrough.

The only thing is I'd have to heavily dive back into the lore of Skyrim. I do have the remastered edition as of now so that could serve me extremely well, but I still would like to have a second opinion on the lore from someone who feels comfortable with it.

Should I take this as a approval of such an RP?

After a month of hard work, typing, and yelling at crappy computers, I have finished! The Legends of Eroris II: Interregnum. This RP has been a long time coming. As I said during the introduction of Arrival, this was to be a series in P2tM. This was my first successful RP, and I have received support from many RPers throughout the forum. When I was a child, I used to read a children's magazine named "Flint", and one release just so happened to have an article on Naruto.

Then below that article, there was a tiny note:

"PLAGIATORS! Our team has recently discovered a recently released cartoon, named "Code Geass" or something, which appears to have copied many fight scenes from Naruto frame by frame!" And then there are a few comparisons.

That's everything I've ever heard of Code Geass in my life.

Concept: Homestuck RP, but more open to non-Homestuck-readers, as it's going to guide the characters through the game in an intuitive way, requiring little reading to understand.

Detailed Description: Ok I keep trying to write this all poetic and everything but when I do I miss the point completely (which is really the entire reason I'm submitting this), so I'm just going to give it straight. Basically, Twelve people - a mixture of humans and trolls - inhabit the same SBURB session. From there, they of course follow the main "campaign" of the game - that being to create a new universe - but are hindered by a foe born within their session: a Prospitian messenger, disappointed in the players' seeming laissez-faire attitude towards defeating the Black King, decides to go through SBURB himself with another Prospitian and becomes obsessed with "fixing the world" no matter the cost.

I'm hosting this on a Discord channel (with an attached forum) but very few people are actually posting, so I was hoping to run the same RP on P2TM to see if I could get any players that care about being active. I mostly need help with creating an OP, since when I try to write anything even slightly poetic and synoptic I miss the point of the post entirely.

I think two and a half years has been great. I enjoyed it. It's been one hell of a ride. But I'm pretty sure this is the end of me here.
