Oh, I only play campaign on Battlefield and Call of Duty. And so far, I'd say Hardline is decently realistic. It's not super-real, more like 80s Cop Movie real. So, like, obviously able to see it's not the real thing, but it's not too out there.

Also, the story for it so far(Only on mission 3), is so much better than BF4, and even better than BF3.

That realism is gonna go to shit once the tanks and other stupid crap come in.

Tanks aren't OP, actually. Every class of infantry has a weapon to damage armored vehicles (M320s barely count), and they are the biggest targets on the battlefield. And the other team has tanks, occasionally falling into these massive armor duels that are oh so fun.

There actually is a tank battle in the Hardline campaign, and as the same police officer, you take control of the fire control system of an AC-130 and destroy a dozen or so helicopters and ground vehicles.

All bought by some redneck 'off the black market'.

I don't know how the Black Market can get T-90A's or M1A1 Abram's tanks let alone half an AC-130 gunship, despite the fact that a police officer who iirc was never in the military knows how to use these systems flawlessly.

Call me critical but the whole "i dun cur cuz LOTSA BOOMZ!" thought isn't exactly the best route for something outside of CoD
