Well, at this point, I'm basically just waiting to see who's going with the caravan to Junction, so if anyone's looking for shit to do, gathering at the gate for that would be an idea.

If not, then there'll be events in Aspen too.

Ivana and Wolf are going to Junction, and I don't think a post about going to the gates is really necessary, as our posts made it quite clear that we were both ready. If you make a post about who has gathered at the gates, you can operate as if Ivana and Wolf are already there.

Personality:
Josack is described as a fairly self-contained individual boasting great patience and diligence. Despite his previous, negative experiences with the living, his priority is almost always to ensure the safety of others, which is reflected in his choice of occupation - making the decision to go out to those regions less-explored as to gather information which he shares with the local establishments, allowing the worst-off regions to be avoided at all costs. Despite all that he’s endured, Josack maintains a mostly optimistic outlook on life and what lays in store for the future of man, in addition to this optimism, he also has a fairly generous outlook and likes to provide what he can for others.

Skills:
Josack, from a very young age has been an incredibly talented climber and has shown an incredible level of stamina allowing him to endure physical activity over considerable periods of time, with little to no effort. In addition to this, he’s proven himself time and time again as an excellent navigator, using his abilities to assist those he encounters on his journies across what was once Colorado and the surrounding states.

Likes:
Many of Josack’s likes and interests are fairly trivial in nature, he enjoys little things in life, that beautiful view from atop one of the old world’s mega-structures, that old watch he found in some guy’s abandoned car that still works, the company of another Human being. He’s not the most difficult of individuals to please, that’s for certain.

Dislikes:
Josack’s dislikes are fairly few in numbers, but if there were one thing that sticks out in his mind more than anything, it’d have to be assholes - he expects a basic level of courtesy from his fellow Human beings, just as he’d show them. And if there’s one good way to put a dampner on his mood, it’d have to be people who just don’t know the basic respect you should loan to someone.


Fears:
When it comes to fears, no single thing really sticks out - other than the obvious of being eaten alive by the infected, however - I think that’s more than reasonable for anyone in this situation. But other than that, his fears are all pretty normal - I mean, if there’s a huge horde of infected chasing you, a bunch of guys shootin’ at ya’ or some other horrible, potentially lethal situation developing - it’s safe to say he may get a bit nervous and shakey.

Bio:

Born six years after the outbreak in a small safehouse, in the Northline district of Houston Texas, to his young parents - who at the time were in their early twenties themselves, struggling to get by. Despite this, they did the best they could for Jo’, making sure to keep in as safe as they could - providing him with a basic education, teaching him to read and write - giving him enough to keep him healthy and to ensure he had a proper upbringing. Unfortunately, a series of unfortunate and unforeseen events would see this once reasonably happy family ripped apart, at the age of thirteen Jo’s mother died of the flu and his father was crippled by the loss and the family roles quickly reversed with Jo’ more often than in the reverse, having to take care of and provide for his father. Who’d been left utterly distraught by the loss of his beloved.

Then, just as things were beginning to normalise, with Jo’ reaching the age of sixteen, almost three years after the passing of his mother - Jo’s father met an unfortunate fate, catching an infection in a small wound he sustained whilst trying to remove a blockage to the entrance of a small pharmacy in seek of supplies. After only three weeks, the infection overcame him - but rather than allow his losses and isolation to drag him down as it had his father - he chose to move on and leave the life he had with his parents behind, heading north, cutting through Dallas, Oklahoma City, Amarillo, Albuquerque and various other settlements. It was during this journey that he noticed something. Every settlement and group he encountered seemed to have little to no knowledge of each other, of the areas surrounding them and of the numerous threats that lurked around every corner. He saw dozens meet their end when death could’ve been avoided, simply because of this ignorance. By the time he reached Colorado, he’d had enough of this constant cycle of ignorance leading to death and dedicated his time to trying to prevent as many such deaths as possible - working with the local settlements and factions to develop a basic idea of what the immediate threats to the Human populace were. And occasionally, these threats just so happen to be -other- people.
