Umm...

Did you just kill both of my characters?

No, I just killed your horse. Also it wasn't anyone in Mary's carriage opening fire, it was Norman and the group of mercenaries he was with. As for why well, Norman already hates Hugh for smashing a bottle over his head and making a fool of him in front of Mackenzie. So when he overhead the commotion and saw what was going on he jumped the gun and opened fire.

Now that I look back on my post I can see how its a bit difficult to understand whats going on there, I'll edit it as soon as I'm back ar a computer.

EDIT: Alright, I got it edited to be a bit more clear on whats going on with who's shooting where, but now your post is in need of a little editing. I don't think Norman would give Hugh the chance to drag his wife away from cover and into the electronics store without just cutting them to pieces.

Potentially, but my main concern is finishing the current arc with as few speedbumps as possible.

The problem I have with Salida in this RP is that the minefield that surrounds it is too big to maintain! Working land mines are hard to find before the apocalypse and you only have a finite amount of the materials needed to replace them, not to mention that mass production is impossible in the post-apocalypse due to manpower shortages. However, that is the only flaw I can find with the "Siege of Salida" story arc.

I addressed this all they way back here. Its the last section in there if you don't want to read the whole post to know where it is. Also they were brought out of storage because the vultures were coming, its not like they were sitting around outside in the mud for 27 years.

I hope the Vultures breach the walls of Salida so that my character can have something to do other than drone on about whatever exposition happens to be relevant at the time.

Well, the Wolfgang and Ivana joint-post is live, mates.

It's definitely not the best thing I've ever written, but considering I had to crank it out in a limited amount of time, I'd say it turned out pretty good. Also: please, take notice of how I put the location of the events in that post as, 'Salida Outskirts.' It's vague, but I wanted to position us close enough to where we could realistically reach Salida as quick as possible following the climactic battle that's going on. I hope that won't be a problem; but if it it is, let me know.

EDIT: Ah, I almost forgot! Iv and Wolf's little crew of bandits-that-hunt-bandits used to have a decent-sized following and member count, but nowadays, they've dwindled to just three people: Wolfgang, Ivana and Snow.

I'd offer my character's services to Wolfgang and co's little group. That's if you'd want to have it. My guy normally attacks bandits, so there's that in common with them.

My character would never join the wolves because they are weak cowards.

That is the strategy of someone with half a brain. You wait for the enemy to show weakness, then you strike. There is no cowardice involved, just cold, calculated lethality.
