I have returned. What to do now? I suppose I should follow Sera, since I should be keeping an eye on her.

Well, I just posted. Ivana's a bit more concerned, since Mercer kind of wanted Ivana to keep an eye on Sera.

Well you could always pull the "I've actually been lying to you all and my life story is entirely different than what I've told you" card.

Or do some lighter tricks... those usually work too...

How about I say he looted a music store a few months back and found a professional Yamaha trombone and a really good mouthpiece.

Well I mean I doubt anybody is looting music stores in the apocalypse so it sounds completely reasonable. I'm just not sure how the hell you would carrying around a trombone in the middle of the end of the world.

I'm now extremely tempted to make a character whose bag is full of completely random things. On second thought I'll have him push a grand piano across the continent.

"Steve, what the hell are you doing with that piano?"

Also just to avoid confusion no I'm not writing in between first and third person, I'm writing as a narrator telling Matt's story as it progresses. Just wanted to clear that up as I know my writing can get very confusing.

Yeah he's falling back on his time as a bandit, not exactly a civil time you know? Plus he has anger issues that he uses his faith to try and supress, hence all of that swearing in his head you've seen up til now.

Yeah, we just sat down and ate the dog. Then night came.

Also is the guy she found while wondering going to post, or are we going to have to make it bandit(s) she ran into?
