Don't think you could give PLW a run for his money?

He beat me to the fucking punch on dialogue, which I'd like to think is something I'm decent at, if nothing exemplary.

My specialty is worldbuilding, and he's basically the Tarantino of dialogue for this RP.

He makes me look bad, is what I'm saying.

Exactly. It's easy for me to make things up and develop them. The Vultures and Bill are a testament to that, if nothing else. What would have been a generic group of bandits is made infinitely better by the inclusion of an interesting villain and history.

Why do you all post only when I need to sleep? :(

I noticed that too. We've just encountered Lurkers for the most part, and in every case they were weak and not too organized. We need some inner-city Denver Lurkers to mess things up for everyone.

EDIT: Posted for Mizrad. Looks pitiful compared to Grestin's. I need to show my skills now but I'm in no position to do so at the moment.

I'm hoping to keep those psychotics out by Carbondale.

Me too. In fact, having the freedom to come up with shit and have an OP who'll just go "Sure; that sounds cool. I'll make that canon," I'd practically a must for me enjoying RPs and I like doing it through hints instead of a clumsy exposition dump. Case in point, in my app I mentioned the Rebuilders community is based around fortified construction sites they (creatively) called Fortresses. In my last post I mentioned a small fortress has a population equivalent to the whole of Grand Junction, and the apparently the Rebuilders have a few of these.

In other words, you now have a rough idea of the strength of Flak's former faction, and that in turn suggests that things are possibly beginning to stabilise in the Northeast if factions that size are emerging.

...And obviously if anyone ever heads for Pennsylvania or thereabouts then I'll let you or Bei have control of them all while I shout suggestions from the peanut gallery; I like doing interesting world building but I do not want to be imposing a major faction on your RP and I'm deliberately making their personality non-interventionist for that reason.

That's fine. Honestly, us making it as far as the Northeast is unlikely so I'm pretty lenient for most things so long as they're lore friendly. Heck, the Republic of Texas, the Remnants, and the Pacific Northwest are none of my ideas, they just sprung up and became canon.

And Dixie. That's canon, right? Right?

That reminds me, I'm trying to make the American southwest a hive of scum and villainy, so apart from Texas, most states out that way are completely uncivilized. Namely Arizona, New Mexico, Oklahoma and Utah.

If that conflicts with established canon, let me know, but otherwise I'm trying to keep those areas under the control of small groups and bandits.

The reason why will become apparent when Bill's condition has improved.

Maybe Canada could be a bunch of Mounties under different flags fighting eachother.

Don't see the north faring too well, what with winter setting in and all that. Growing seasons are short so food may be hard to come by.

The Canadian Northwest within a 50-75 mile radius of Vancouver BC is clusterfucked in a Civil War right now.
Cheers mates.
