I'd figure that that would be a must for most of the deities, considering chastity would be very problematic if the enemy is pumping out demigods by the dozen...

It would be just as powerful as a demigod though and it would be more like pressing his hand on the woman's stomach and granting it a lot of power. The first 'demigod' of Misneach will be the child of Sciath and Aslung.
