Once I overthrow the Swaziland dictator, I'll start moving troops up there. Once I have control of them, I can bunker down, get the diamond mines up and running, and cruise along to be the strongest country in Africa.

There is quite a few, I believe. The ones that aren't free are S. Africa, Morocco and Guinea, unless you want to start getting invaded by Portugal.
