1- There can be Alternate History, but I will say it cannot be too extreme. Like you can have a different leader, but you can't have a nuke unless your country really had nukes.

2- No, you have enough land.

3- I will make a letter in response shortly. I'll meet with you. But China is going too far by blockading Hong Kong, I haven't even done anything to them!

Britain supporting Portugal at this point makes no sense. Since Portuguese is taking African and Oceanian land, where Britain both has claims, they should see them as a threat to their colonies and react accordingly.
