You aren't probably going to interact much if he is a part of the USSR. He will interact mostly with communist nations. If he is loyal to the USSR...

We need many but we have an Iran, correct? We need an E. Germany in order for tense situations to occur, France we need and others I agree. Do we have a Poland?

History: In the years leading up to the start of the 14th century Korea was a thriving undivided nation with a stable economic and political system. However after the invasion and then fall of the Mongol Empire the army lead a coup over the corrupt and unstable interim government. The military dictatorship lasted for roughly 200 years until a suitable replacement was found. The government to lead up until the start of the 20th century was the Joseon government who introduced pretty tight isolationist policies which stints economic activity and growth. After the Great War, Korea was split into 2 to be shared between the allies. Despite plans of reunification in 1943, this never happened and to this day Korea is a divided nation. In 1950 the three year war that will come to be known as the Koreab war commenced. A huge war between the Western allies and North Korea. Korea as a whole suffered immensely with an estimated 3,000,000 casualties. With much of the South left in ruins a period of depression ensued. Although the North and South are currently in a period of fragile peace, the allies maintain a small military presence in the region. The current government is under huge criticism as a recent investigation showed signs of corruption in the political system and many people are starting to get angry. With a revolution on the way South Korea may not be able to take much more.
RP Example (A brief paragraph about something or an RP you may have been in): General Moon thoroughly disliked the president. He knew that he was corrupt, a liar, a thief and a fraud. An investigation carried out by the South Korean Secret Service showed that in the recent election there was plenty of bribery. For obvious reasons he couldn't tell the president that he knew or he would be executed for slander. So he sat in the room and prepared to obey the commands of the evil, almost "dictator" he apparently voted for. Many people in the capital, Seoul, where beginning to get angry with the way the country was being run. Tax evasion had risen significantly as had the amount of strikes and riots. Many radicals, especially students, were calling themselves Revolutionaries and were well on there way to starting a revolt. The job that had been given to the general was to kill any anti-Government protests he could find. Now considering the fact that the General himself was planning a coup, this would be a hard task. Hopefully the revolution would start before he has to kill anyone.

The Socialist State of New Turkmenistan is requesting state permission to begin construction of the proposed Central-Asian Railway



The new project is being proposed to the Motherland for several reasons;

(1)This new railway will allow for better trade and communication movement around Turkmenistan and fellow SSR states, increasing production and allowing for further industrialisation and resource management.

(2) This new railroad will also allow Turkmenistan and other states quick access too and from Moscow; increasing Kremlin influence. Also, message delivery on this new railway will be swift and upheld to the strictest conditions.

When approved, construction is hopped to start on the 1st of October 1962, with the New Turkmenistan section of the railway set to be complete Jun, 1963. It is recommended that the Tajikistan, Kyrgyzstan and Kazakhstan all be completed in sections, with Kyrgyzstan starting August 20th 1963 along with Kazakhstan. Central Russia should begin her segment of the Railroad as soon as the central Asian Leg is completed. Turkmenistan has all materials ready for construction but requires the manpower of fellow Soviet States

Brazil will probably occupy it before the French can send relief troops. But, hopefully it will not come to that. You see France you have a UN security council veto, and I am sure you are content on keeping your colonies. So here is the deal, you veto any legislation regarding decolonization that the UN SC(once it is made) passes.
