Bio: Hugh was born in Edmonton Canada in June 5th 1991 to Patrick and Sandra Holme. He grew up in Vancouver however from the age of five taking well to the larger city environment. His family life however was chaotic with continued fights and arguments between his parents between anything from assumed infidelity to money issues finally leading to a separation in 1999 when he was seven ending up in Victoria with his father.
With the new found stability him his personal life Hugh started taking to outdoorsmenship and enjoyed activities like Hunting, Kayaking, and Hiking doing these thing for most of his adolescence. When he turned 18 the global financial crisis had just hit Canada and in fear of not being able to find employment he chose to join the Canadian army in hopes of being able to better his economic opportunities. He instead found himself enthralled with the military and enjoyed the challenge it gave him eventually becoming a member of the Royal Canadian Dragoons. He served a tour of duty with the parent brigade in Afghanistan until the unit was pulled out in 2014 seeing combat in the area most small engagements with Taliban forces in the Mountains.
Upon his return he resided in Ontario with the brigade being discharged in 2016 and moving back to Vancouver where he word as a security officer for the Legislative Assembly of British Columbia. However he volunteered to be redeployed to military service in 2018 on the onset of the U.S. invasion of Canada. Serving with the Dragoos once again he served in the nstions central regions operating as a scout but eventually had to escape to Yellowknife in the far north along with multiple other elements of the military after suffering crippling losses to American forces. He formed up with what was the start of the Canadian Liberation Front and has since been operating as a Recce Scout in the Yukon and British Columbia for the last ten years helping combat US forces within former Canadian territory.
Skills: Hugh is a survivalist a skill he learned as a young outdoorsmen and perfected during his military career and has been able to translate that over to his current combat mission in the thick forest and mountains of British Columbia and the Yukon. A usually scouting operation in the area can last as long as six months so he's developed a keen ability to survive in the woods with little assistance and to also be as evasive as possible as he plays a dangerous cat and mouse game with the Anericans.
