Nah man, it's Heamet we're talking about, the one that survived having his Aura ripped out of him, replaced by another semblance and the one that has a blood capable of fighting against Theriam's all slaugthering semblance made antibodies.

Even if he caught Tetanus from that, he probably would've passed it off as a painful coughing session.
