Stormwrath — known to most as Storm (and in IRC circles as Sailorwrath), this entity is primarily a lurker in the NS threads. Only shows up occasionally in the OOC threads, but very active in IRC. The Sailor Senshi of Microskirts of NSFT, the only Musket Wielding Psychopath who managed to become the GM of a RWBY RP thread, and the only one allowed to wear the official RWBY pantsu. Seriously, it's in the sig. Uses Faal as a weapon. Terribly obsessed with post length and quality, which may be why Storm posts slower than everyone else.

CHARACTER INFORMATION
Name: Akatsuki Inuma, often called "Aka-Inu".
Age: 18
Sex: Male
Race: [X] Human [ ] Faunus
Biography: Born as a son of a poor street musician and a seamstress, Akatsuki grown up in the streets of a small city in Atlas following his father's footsteps. When he reached age 15, he finally grown tired of the miserable life they lead. He aspired to become a hunter in order to improve his family's condition, but his parents can't afford the expenses for him to attend a combat school. However, through unknown means, he gained possession of several books about Aura, Semblance, Weapon-Crafting, and Dust; basically anything that he needed to know to become a Huntsman. He crafted and mastered his own weapon at age 16, and mastered his Semblance when he turned 17. When a pack of Grimm suddenly ransacked his hometown, he found the chance to show the results of his secret Huntsman training. The Principal of Beacon Academy heard about this, and thus, he was invited to Beacon. Free of tuition fees of course.
Personality: Hotheaded, overly-enthusiastic, but sometimes also calculating. Also your generic Metalhead guitarist.
Appearance:

COMBAT INFORMATION
Weapon: Black Burial
Appearance: The Axe. Literally.
Capabilities: Basically is a semi-automatic rifle transformed into a guitar, with the neck acted as the barrel and the headstock can open to reveal the nozzle. The strings acted as the trigger, so every string he plucked will shot a cartridge. It also has a melee-mode form, in which sharp edges will come out from the sides of the body, turning the guitar into a battleaxe. He can switch between modes by pressing one of the tuning machines.

Semblance: Soundwave: He can manipulate soundwaves that he and his guitar produced, either by condensing them and turning them into shockwaves, or by simply augmenting the frequency of the soundwaves, even exceeding human limits of hearing.

Well, along with various people I know in real life and Charlotte...

Merlin, that's who. It was a pretty cool dream. And more coherent than my usual dreams...

I woke up right on time and was like 'Today's gonna be a good day.'

So far, it is an incredible day.

I found a cool new RP... I have three characters in it(Charlotte, Natalie, and a new character named Ely)... the IC will be up today... and in another RP I'm getting up to all sorts of havoc and tormenting my fellow RPers(they love it though).

If it is about the sniper rifles, I've already said in the post that there are only five, and those five will only be used in life or death situations.

So there's a high likeliness you won't see them again.
AND it's mostly if Theriam flips since I didn't put it in there, but it only works with one type of bullet.

Firstly, I wasn't even talking about the sniper rifles, but I'll go to that. Yeah, unblockable sniper rifles, even just in existence, are something which shouldn't be here. The mere possibility of their use on someone other than who you've said they'll be used on is now a weight hanging over the head of any other player character who dares to challenge your team in a fight.

My main problem was how would Heamet know Charlotte experienced an illusion, how would he even know what's going on? And at what point were any of your other team members even remotely near Charlotte when the incident happened? She was alone.

You could the arms of the umbrella be blades and allow them to fold far forward of where they normally do allowing to have a spinny deaths pear metal storm thingy. And shotgun in the center. That shoots exploding apples.
