Gabriel was still losing a lot of blood, even with the bandages. She began to lose consciousness, but first she had some things to say. "Dico Julian Amo illum," she said in Latin. "Agus a rá leis na daoine eile Tá brón orm," she added in Irish.

The doctors hooked up a plasma IV to hopefully slow blood loss, and applied pressure to the wound. "We're losing her!" one doctor shouted. He started performing CPR to Gabriel, trying to keep her alive.

"Agus a rá leis na daoine eile Tá brón orm," repeated Gabriel, letting her eyes close.

"It was nice knowing you..." the voice inside her said, and her reply was too quiet to be heard by anyone.

When life left her body, her wings disappeared and her eyes shifted from purple to green, making her look like a normal human as opposed to an angel.

[WHYYYY]

Oliver says to Joseph "When are we going to attack? The longer we wait here, the less chance we have of winning this battle. Besides, I'm quite bored right now. By the way, what guard will I get?"

"We attack when Natasha, Marshall, and Samantha get back. And I'm not sure which guard you'll get. That's up to the Guard. They will most likely just pick a group of students each," Joseph said.

"I don't accept orders from anyone.", the purple eyed boy said with a smirk."If that guard will prove me that it's worthy of giving me orders, I will follow. If not, I might not follow the orders. Everything will depend on the guard. And don't worry Herr Principal, I won't blame you if I get injured. I will only blame you for everything that has happened until now."

"Of course you do," Joseph said, groaning. Because of course a student is definitely wiser than highly-trained superhumans that have dealt with this for years. "Look. Things like this happen fairly often. That's because you students aren't normal. But every single time, it turns out fine."

"Things like this happen fairly often?", said the purple eyed boy."Really? So your highly secured, defended, and secret island is attacked fairly often? You just made me feel much better principal. Thank you. Good job. You deserve a Noble Prize."

"Come on, stay with me!" the doctor shouted. He picked up a defibrillator and shocked her chest several times, to no avail. After several minutes of attempting to revive Gabriel, the doctor sighed, and leaned against the wall. He wiped sweat from his brow. He radioed for a guard to come get the... student.

Benjamin heard the call for a guard, and left the guard building. Joseph had briefed them over the events of tonight, and the other Guards were preparing to put on their equipment for the battle tonight. He would change after this... errand. He walked to the medical room. He sighed when he saw the girl, lying dead on the cot. She was an enemy, but nobody deserves death. He gently picked up her body. Benjamin, carrying Gabriel's corpse, slowly walked down the hall towards the stairs. He unfortunately had to pass by the classroom the students were in. He hoped they didn't see him.

Alice saw him and looked grim. It's unfortunate that anyone had to die, but on the other hand... a dead criminal is a powerless criminal. Then she grinned at her own thoughts. Definitely the vigilante type.

"Of course you do," Joseph said, groaning. Because of course a student is definitely wiser than highly-trained superhumans that have dealt with this for years. "Look. Things like this happen fairly often. That's because you students aren't normal. But every single time, it turns out fine."

"Let me finish," Joseph said. "Things like this happen fairly often because of students like you messing everything up. And it's always teachers and guards fixing everything. I can recall several occasions today where I, personally, saved your life. It'll be fine."

Out of the corner of his eye he saw Benjamin, but didn't show any reaction.

Justice, who was coming to see what the commotion outside was about, saw Gabriel and gasped in shock. She ran to Benjamin, wondering what had caused this. "What... What happened?" she asked, seeing that Gabriel was indeed dead.

Justice finally found Oliver and Julius, and she wasn't sure if she should say anything about Gabriel or wait until later. "What are you two up to?" she asked curiously, wondering what kind of plan they were making.

Joseph shook his head and walked back to the guard room. These students were just like any other. Hopefully, they would come around. Like the others.

Oliver sighs. "Oh fine" he says and moves over to the purple eyed boy. He says calmly to him "So, you think this plan of theirs will work? Hopefully it should, sustaining a loss at this point would be devastating."

"Gabriel.. is.. dead? Well", Julius managed to say with a low voice after some moments. He wasn't exactly sure what to say.
"That's.. shocking. Even if she was an enemy, she was a student. Why have they killed her? We could have probably saved her."

Justice frowned, she had been hoping that they already had a plan. "I guess I should tell you guys now... Gabriel is dead. I don't know how it happened, it looks like someone cut her neck."

Benjamin went down several flights of stairs carrying Gabriel's body. Eventually, he was on the first floor. Not many classrooms were on this floor, just offices, and storage rooms. There was one room he was looking for. He slowly walked down the hallway until he found the room marked Cold Storage. He swung the heavy metal door inward, and a blast of cold air flowed out. This room was used to store equipment and chemicals that needed to be kept cold. It would serve as a storage place for the departed until a funeral could be arranged.

Sighing sadly, Benjamin gently placed the corpse on a row of cardboard boxes. He arranged Gabriel in a more comfortable position, then slowly left the room and shut the door.

Oliver says, in shock "But... but how? I thought that..." He shakes his head. "I honestly don't know how to feel. She may have been an enemy but she didn't deserve a fate like that. How could have done this?" Oliver says, looking somber.

Benjamin jogs up the stairs. After briefly stopping to wash the blood from his bulletproof vests, he goes up to the fourth floor, passing by the student's classroom. He walks towards the guard room.

"Benjamin said the doctors did everything they could to save her," explained Justice. "But... She was hurt pretty bad. It had to be a severed artery or something. We'll have to find out later who did this."

Oliver looks sad, sadder than he had ever been. He says quietly "Whoever did this is a monster. I swear, I will track them down until the end of my days, and I will not stop until justice is served." He stands up suddenly "Why would anyone do this?"

Justice clenches her fist, angry about this now. "I don't know, Oliver, I don't know... Do you know anyone here who uses knives? It looked like a knife inflicted injury."

He thinks for a moment, then shakes his head. "I'm not sure" Oliver says carefully "The knife that did it is probably at the bottom of the ocean by now. The only way we could truly know, is if we launched a full scale search. But that would take weeks, and we don't have that kind of time."
