Powers/Gear: Technology Manipulation
Digital Interaction- Can sense digital devices around her and interact with them remotely, including being able to reprogram them to perform certain tasks. Firewalls and antiviruses make this process harder, which means gaining possession of devices with better security on them is far more difficult and requires more effort.
Technology Possession- Can control simple mechanical devices that are controlled by electronics such as robots but this requires concentration and the more complex it is, the harder.
Personality:
Extroverted and talkative, Ellen isn't one to wait around for something and needs to be doing something constantly. She can appear rather eccentric and nerdy at times, having a vast knowledge of computers and hacking. Indifferent to rules and regulations, she doesn't let them stop her from doing something which has more than once got her into trouble, though she doesn't seem to mind. Ellen is also quite quick-tongued and is often able to talk, bribe and lie her way into getting what she wants.
Bio: Ellen grew up as an only child in London, the UK. Her parents both had high positions in a software company, which resulted in her being accustomed to the digital world at a very early age. This also led her to discover her powers at a very age, being able to remotely connect with and access the data streams around her. She kept it a secret, knowing she would only freak other people out if they found out. She went to school just like everybody else and appeared completely normal, though she did use her powers more than once to spy on people and hack into computer systems. But she made sure not to leave any loose ends for anybody to track her down, and it worked. It was probably her hacking into a British military server that got her attention by the Academy. A couple of days later and she was taken in by the Academy of Heroes and Villains.

This is pretty good. I don't think CAINE would be affected by her, fortunately.
Two suggestions:
1: Add a range for interaction, getting less and less powerful the farther from the device she gets. I'd make reprogramming it only possible if she's really close to the device.
2: Make possession only possible if she's in contact with the device.

We need a list of expected heroes and villains.

WHYYYY wrote:This sounds kinda overpowered. I mean, how are we gonna stop somebody riding around on tank treads with one hand that's a machine gun and the other that's a grenade launcher? I'd say add some limitations, such as:
Making more complex weapons (tanks, guns, etc.) tire him more easily so he can't use them as long. This'll keep him from going a little trigger happy, and you can get creative with swords and stuff.
And then making each bullet or arrow or shell fired tire him even more, so like every bullet from a gun reduces the time he can use that weapon by a few seconds, etc.
So he'll use a gun or something stronger than that only when absolutely necessary, relying more on swords or knives or stuff.

T.T Don't think of such things. That's exaggerating a little bit. Ky-Chan is a reasonable person. Ky-Chan always follows the rules unless he's drunk or feeling really sad or angry. What makes you think that Ky-Chan would do something like that?.. Ask any player Ky-Chan has ever been with in a superhuman RP. Ky-Chan does not abuse powers. You must also note that Oskar is not the type to get trigger happy. There was a reason he was educated about his powers before he was taken to the Academy. Also, he was mostly home-schooled, so he never ever got into fights. Ever. Ky-Chan's Ossy is not aggressive.
Though... Ky-Chan does admit, he looked over quite a lot of details. Ky-Chan will add some limits in a bit. Please erase the application you quoted so people don't refer to it by mistake. Thanks~
