No, it hasn't started.

Right now, Julian, Oliver, and Justice are interviewing Benjamin (Elite Guard)

Uh... maybe. I don't know... People would need to be able to resist and block memories, etc.

And how is she able to read Caine's thoughts?

She didn't find a specific one, she just started playing all camera footage at once and looked for the right one. And she can see code visualized, that's how she knows that Caine is thinking

That's why I said earlier that she couldn't get in, but now that Caine is down she was easily able to do it
