He needs the exact dosages. Too much and he overdoses and his body shuts down. Too little and his body starts to disintergrate itself but not enough to kill him, so he is in a loop where he is in pain for every second of the day.

Depends if WHYYY follows my logic, Julian will live no matter what. But he will technically "die".

Thats still happening. The suit is able to stabilize him while in combat, so when that fight happens and how it ends will be a shock.
