Yes I've heard the news, and as soon as this pact is formed we'll definitely address this problem. As soon as the other members arrive it will be one of the topics we'll discuss today, you have my word Assad. The Israelis, their not justified in this invasion I can tell you that much.

President Assad sat down and waited for the first topic to be discussed, while listening to everything going on in the UN HQs as Syrian Rep. Bashar is giving him daily updates

President Michael D. Higgins sat down in a mahagony chair awaiting any discussion that might soon happen.

Well gentlemen, we are expecting more members to be attending but I'm sure they wouldn't mind us starting preemptively. As you know NATO's influence is rapidly expanding, and another coalition is about to be inserted into the Middle East once again. Now with the recent developments regarding Israel's still shady defined intervention into Syria is unclear, my intelligence believes that their true motives are to overthrow you Mr.Assad. As first and foremost business proposal is this, each member of the Moscow Pact will contribute a certain number of troops to committ to an intervention force to deploy to Syria. We need to help our ally not only expel ISIS but to expel Israel. Now this can only be done if we assemble our own coalition, thought?

Sent by President Xi himself, Chinese Premier Li Keqiang looked around as members of the Moscow Pact arrived. China was invited as an observer, and Xi himself had personally requested that he attend to show much the Sino-Russian relationship meant to China. Things were getting messy at home and in the UN. The Premier himself had little to do here since discussions would revolve around Europe, but he would be reporting back to Xi on how united and potent this organisation was.

Kim Jong-un walked into the meeting room with several things on his agenda, but the most important thing was to form an alliance to rival and contain NATO influence, he scanned the room. There weren't many delegates abroad, however, President Putin was in the room. He approached him and bowed before saying "President Putin, it's an honor."

President Assad stood up
Gentlemen, as many of you know, the Israel nation has invaded Syria and is on the footstep of my capital. Now i can assure that the capital wont fall but thats not the point, the point is they invaded and the UN wont do anything about it! So i am here to ask all of you to send aid to the Syrian government, and i dont mean just weapons, we are in dire need of funds and basic supplies like food. I thank you all for coming to this meeting and allowing me to make my case
And with that, he sat back down and waited for someone to respond.

President Higgins was sitting at his chair in dismay he had neither the money nor the tools to help Assad, but he still wished to help him but then he recalled that there were some 1,300 Irish troops already in the Holman heights. Although he couldn't direct interfere unless his troops were under Israeli attack, that would become highly probable if they were to send a 500 men contingent to enforce the ceasefire.

As you all know the Irish government cannot directly interfere with Israel unless they attack some of our soldiers and that is why I shall be sending 500 of them already stationed in the Golan heights to enforce the ceasefire quite arrogantly and as Israel is known to do it will over react.

Putin bowed down to Mr.Un and shook his hand, Supreme Leader, thank you for coming. It is an honor please take a seat. Now gentlemen, we need to face the fact that we're no force in comparison to NATO. They will say that we lack the equipment, the tools, the funds, the will, the leadership, to intervene anywhere because quite frankly they believe we are victims of circumstance.

NATO is a bully organization, and I can tell you this Assad that Israel is only invading because they are comforted by NATO's presence. They no doubt have made a secret deal of sorts, is it just a coincidence that they invaded as soon as NATO began their operations in Iraq I think not. They accuse you of using chemical weapons, I say live up to the accusations. I'm willing to give some of your chemical stockpile back and authorizing you to use it as you see fit.

Now for the intervention force: I advise you to send at least 10,000 troops and about 20 tanks each, besides my Irish comrade you have done enough, and I'm prepared to send 200,000 men, 100 tanks, 300 BMP-3's, 250 fighter jets, 400 artillery pieces, 100 MRLS's, and 500 APC's. Turkey will allow us to go through their straights. I open the floor to suggestions from our members.

Sir, there have been multiple threats from Israel to cutoff and bomb my supply line if we go through the ground, I'm wondering if you could provide transport for 200,000 Iranian Troops along with Fighter jets and BIMP-2s.

Supreme Leader Khamenei, NATO, or should I say the US's biggest fear is that you use ISIS to justify an invasion into Iraq. I say we capitalize on this fear, initiate your own invasion into Northern Iraq, perhaps capture the oil fields ISIS so desperately holds onto race to the Syrian border and eliminate all of ISIS units in Northern Iraq, our intervention force would try to rendezvous at the Syrian-Iraq border as quickly as possible. You have the most beneficial location at this moment.

Invade Iraq Supreme Leader.

Mutual defense for one, more relaxed trade between members, essentially combing manufacturing might, connected resources and technology. Any other suggestions?

Free trade it is, now I ask all of you to begin assembling some troops to deploy to Syria, I've been notified that we are allowed to use the Bosphorus straights in Turkey.

Syria. You will go through Northern Iraq however, and since the U.S. is pushing for whatever ground Israel gets in Syris whatever ground you get in Iraq is yours to keep. Understood?

General strategy calls for 250,000 troops to be deployed to Syria, using our merchant marine strength we'll move through the straights of Bosphorus and land on the beaches of Syria, our contingent calls for every member to commit troops to our intervention force even if you have observer state status. This is a coordinated group effort.

I'm willing to provide the bulk of the troops if necessary our main objective will be to expel ISIS from Eastern Syria, Iran will invade Northern Iraq and link up with our forces near the Syrian Border. Once we achieve this we'll convene a 2nd meeting in Pyongyang to discuss the Israeli question. I'm going to give Assad some of his chemical stockpile back and authorizing him to use it only against combatants, other than that he has say so in what it is used against within that parameter. Mr.Un is that fine with you?

Ireland is breaking neutrality by joining this meeting today, but since you already have troops in the Golan Heights wait until our forces arrive in Syria then rendezvous in Damascus to begin combat operations.
