True, but I can lend you one since very few factions actually have those fancy flying machines.

The one guy said they weren't massive, just enough to cause some damage. It was just opening, barely anyone was in The Thorn yet because of street performances. You said you had trapped the Deathclaw in, so later it would be rounded back into its cage by its handler. The explosion would have ruined the room itself but that could be cleaned up, Isaac lied saying it was a chemical explosion to not alarm people and used it as a PR stunt to go to the funerals of those dead.
Three "massive" bombs would not be able to sneak past security.

The death claw probably caused the most causalities anyway

WIMPS[7]Wealth: Despite the fact that the Brotherhood is not well respected by the Vegas commonfolk, and that their associate, the Alaskan Brotherhood, is currently fighting a proxy war with the Steel Republic in terms of disagreements on how to go about technology in the hands of the Capital Wastelanders, the Brotherhood are especially well maintained economically because of the fact they have support from a new and rising faction such as the Alaskan Brotherhood. The Alaskan Brotherhood, hence, as it expands its influence, and gains monetary value, the Red Brotherhood does as well because of the ties to it from New Vegas.
Top of the line agents and the best sifting of loyalty out there, the Red Brotherhood has received training on intelligence-gathering, deception, and special operations from the Alaskan Brotherhood, as they too have had to learn these techniques in dealing with the civil war against the Reformist Brotherhood cells. It would be very hard, theoretically, near impossible, to install a spy into the ranks of the Red Brotherhood, as well as it would be hard to double-cross them or beat them intelligence-wise or in terms of assassinations, political assaults, etc.
[4]Influence: The Brotherhood is not well known, and thus, negotiations will be necessarily hard in the long-term, even with rival factions if a necessary negotiation is needed to get something done. However, the Brotherhood is not known or respected by the wealthy, and thus require tribute and sponsorship from ties outside of New Vegas.
[10]Might: This is the height of the Red Brotherhood, as they are very concerned on keeping tabs on technology and not allowing the common Vegas or Capital wastelander possess it. The Red Brotherhood only recruits from Alaskan settlements they are authorized to recruit from, as part of the collective agreement between the Alaskan Brotherhood and that of the Reds. Even so, these recruits are the top of the line. Even though their recruiting base is small, they receive top of the line troops, and are able to issue them top-of-the-line hardware tangential to their skill ont he battlefield.
[1]Popularity: The least respected group in New Vegas. The only reason they haven't been taken out is because their area of operations is not well known, and they have the superior military technology and troops despite not having the numbers. Should the entirety of the enemies of the Brotherhood come together despite their differences to collectively wipe the floor with them, such a situation would be both demoralizing for both sides, where in a calculated hypothesis of who-would-win always would stand at 82.5% chance of victory for this so-called "Vegas-Coalition."

History: In 2387, shortly thereafter the power struggle began for dominance between the Alaskan Brotherhood and the Capital Wasteland Brotherhood, the High Elder Klyd Braxton retreated to what was now being known as New Vegas, the once great legendary jewel of the Southwest, rebuilt in record time and standing as a legacy of Mr. House. However, Braxton as none of the sort engaged or appealing to House's achievements, nor to that of his successors. He had one goal and one goal only; carry out the mission of the Alaskan Brotherhood Conservative Party in New Vegas itself, or at least in the great former state of Nevada.
At once, Braxton set up shop in the former Camp Guardian, where he and his original 300 men set out to construct a fort and a base to be used for further operation. He employed a system of leadership and command hierarchy. He alongside fellow visionary Gustavo Chapman planned the re-acquisition of technology from New Vegas. All in due time. However, Braxton and Chapman had secondary goals; further their political gains in the Southwest and if possible rebel from the very party they were helping to employ. Braxton figured if he gained enough allies in the Southwest, a turnaround against the Alaskans at some point might be necessary to maintain his eventual status quo, but he digressed, sighting that as a decades worth of time in the making.
It was not long until former Steel Republic activist turned Conservative arrived in new Vegas. A man from the Idaho grounds, where his entire operating force but himself had been killed by Reformist Splinter cells, he was ready to make a new name for himself in New Vegas, far from the conflict in the Northwest and cold winters of Alaska. His real name was never revealed to either Chapman or Braxton, he simply improvised being called the "Deacon" as he was a vivid reactionary and hardcore, straight believer of the religious side to the Brotherhood.
From there on Braxton, Chapman and the famed Deacon gained followers until 2393, when their full 600 man army was fully supplied and well maintained, as recruiting had taken place from any of Alaska's many power bases for reliable, effective troops. Though a small force, the force Braxton had assembled was content with him and his top leaders, most of which were considered "Paladins" in the old Steel rank structure. Now, they were "Agents" and they went by nickname rather than official birth name or surname for that matter. The system was highly effective, and a total of around 10-20 Agents were tasked with being the cream of the crop, designated to lead special task forces and such out on assignment, while the conventional Paladins became solid officers leading mainstream groups of organized infantry and Ordinance-based assault teams.
Goals: To re-obtain certain technological objectives in order to further the goals of Braxton and Chapman, and to assist the Alaskan Brotherhood, but also to gain popularity in terms of influence, whether through fear or similar interests, and maintain a strong connection, if possible with the Mexican Cartels in order to keep a power base and end-of-the-line system; If attacked by the "Coalition" Braxton has feared for the past 3-4 years as part of the endgame, open the floodgates and lead the charge of the Cartels against the Vegas commonfolk.

Ok. I'll post later. I just want to know how they plan to blame the federalists.
