The Minutemen are coming in under the auspice of lessening the strain on New Vegas, by taking around 500 to settle their lands better, thats it, after we pass out food and water, we leave with 500 or so over time

The DIA can be dealt with on the Minutemens terms, or be convinced that Lannis is in favor of democracy, he stated he wanted democracy and a president, he lied of course
