Well thank you. They are supposed to look even better, but imgur always compresses the image, hence the poor quality.
I use paint tool sai.

I'm just thinking they might be nice little points of contact between factions in the time it will take everyone to develop Information Network, since currently we're all just playing our own little games. Raising the energy transfer cost and giving some simple Espionage would be a good idea too though.

Ah, well if you don't actually link images, you should use photobucket. They don't compress any pictures as long as you use the .png format.

Only a few things I saw.

In general:
You're posting Manufactories as costing -1 E; they don't, however they do produce -Hap and -Health. I don't think you caught the -Hap.
Also, your Health is slightly wrong. You have -3 total from Jungle, 5 pop, and running the Manufactory, but only +1 from the Infirmary, leaving you at -2. I'm not sure how you calculated only -1?
In light of that, your Happiness seems to be a bit off. In year 4 you have 6 people active, which is -6 Happiness, and you're at -2 Health, which is -2 Happiness. Then the Slum produces -2, and you also lose one Happiness from having the Manufactiry active, but that's offset by the Infirmary: so I'm getting a total of -10, which could have repercussions based on your Ideology, not the -4 you have listed. It also causes Rioting I believe, which may skew your build order.

Then just some specific things.
In year 4 quarter 1 you produce .3 BP from two workers I think.
In year 5 quarter 4 you deploy 3 Scavengers, while the max for a region is two.
And also remember while you're Rioting not only does one Population refuses to work, you also gain 1/2 RP- not 0.5 max, 1/2th of whatever you would normally produce. So each Thinker is putting out .1 RP, not .2 towards Industrial Core.

Otherwise you're looking good. The Slums were a good save.

I forgot the -1 Health per 5 Pop rule. :blush:

Ok, I think I got it...
The biggest changes are that I built a Sanitation system in year 2 (or else my pop would rebel in years 2 and 3), and a specially chosen 100 people were forced back into 'storage'.
Does anyone see any problems remaining in my posts?

The only thing I see is that between Year 3 Q4 and Year 4 Q1 you went from 2 Metal to 5 Metal, while producing two and using one.

Also, what is your Other +3 Happiness from your calculation?

Anyways, they weren't even the original benefits... The benefits were changed right after I built that project, which ended up throwing my strategy out of wack.

The Governor of The Sauria Tsardom has built the first Heavy Industrial plant on turn 16. This freed up 2 workers but Industrial output stagnates at 1BP / quarter due to metal shortages. There is also a significant stockpile of food.

Now, there are several options ahead before research can begin.
Focus the population on researching the 1 RP missing for Desponea geology, then built petrol extractors and a petrol plant to generate 3-6 energy per quarter.
Build a dam to generate 3 Energy.

Assuming that the goal is to get a research facility up asap.

Well, a petrol plant is more BP efficient, and you can vary its output as desired.

Plus petrol itself is very handy, in terms of storeable E. I'll be heading that way myself soon.

Yes, but remember, there is a Health penalty for drilling in populous areas. Although a Sanitation Facility can take care of it with a little investment.
Also, Petrol power has a larger overall BP cost and uses manpower, while Hydro power needs no manpower.
