Yes, but you can copy-paste your old table every turn right below to get your new table for the current turn, on which you'll merely have to make a few modifications... but as you wish.

Is it possible to improv population growth rates with improved food production rates? More food = more pop growth?

No, but you will need food to buy new population.
You can however, increase pop growth with health.

Oh, yeah, and Aur looks like they still haven't figured out they need metals for building, and need to upgrade the Lab to a Research Facility to get RP past Year 2, so yeah.

Sadly it appears the rapid mechanics have dissuaded some people. Perhaps if you TG those we've lost and get them up to speed they'll be inclined to come back now that we've slowed down? Like Grim, etc.

Caines, I'm done with your governor for the first 10 turns. He has built a windfarm, a habitation block, Researched Industrial core and is at 4 RP for geology. he has amassed some food. Question is, what next?
Build a HIP to improve BP income?
Build a laboratory and hydro plant and start research?
Build infrastructure to trade with other factions?
Build a P.E.R.U. and start using Petrol power?
Or should the governor choose?

I would say. Construct a lab and hydro plant.
Has a manufactory been built yet?
Am I at risk of running an energy deficit if HIP is built?

Yeah, I almost forgot, 2 manufactories were raised at the start. Yes, there may be smaller deficit but that can be easily taken care of with a windfarm. At the current rate, the hydro plant and the lab could take a good 7 turns to raise.

Also. A thought on a mechanics change.

Instead of being able to trade research, we should go the research pact route. And allow economic pacts as well which generate bonus happiness. These of course would have to go alongside pre-Information Networks communication, which I believe would be a boon to RPer interaction, and therefore retention.

Perhaps research agreements generate 0.1 RP for each player per the other's research building, rising to 0.5 with Information Networks. They last five years and may be renewed at will.

Economic agreements give happiness from the cultural exchange of ideas generated, a base of +1 that rises to +2 and +1 PP at IN.

They could cost a few in E to set up, maybe 3 aggregate from either player, representing the virtual infrastructure being erected.
