Naw. I think anyone with SFR and a Space Center can do it. I just don't see much point in multiple launches.

If you two want to front the Petrol/BP/Wealth, I think I have to do the RP, and then I'd be happy to disseminate whatever tech results to both of you. That seems fair enough, since I've already invested quite a bit of BP into the launch facility itself, and the RP isn't insubstantial.

We can't.

I can't conduct research and you conduct research and we both get the tech for half cost. Rather, one of us can send research to the other, then the other send the tech back once it's finished.

Which, to be fair, I think is rather silly. The reason Civ/SMAC don't allow you to send research is because then teching becomes a matter of "he who has the most allies", rather than anything else. I'd fully support removing the clause about sending RP.

Well...he could probably finish Isotope Separation in ~2.5 Years, so if we shut him down before that, we'll be fine I guess.

Well, so far the most I have to fear from another faction is Troopers, and nobody else shares a land border with me.
