*Ahem* Hello, I would like to join this RP; however, I just wanted to see if there is anything I should know before I should post my app.

Um you can either choose to catch up, or I think get extra colony pods.

Also, check the map for base IDs. Whos occupying who- although its outdated to year 14.

Right, I REALLY hope this is the last version.

(oh and since it's housing I renamed it)

Heian Prefecture: 6 BP, 8 Wealth, 4 RP
- Houses 12, 1 E/2 Food Maintenance
- +1 Happiness and +0.2 Health per Pop living here
- Excess Happiness not caused by PP generates 1 PP per
- No other housing may be built in this city, replaces all current housing when finished. Must replace at least one set of housing.

Obviously, no infinite PP loops here.

And while we're at it, how about everyone release the text of their secret projects when they're completed? It'll make things a lot easier to keep track of.

Also G-Tech, I finish investigating the fungus in Y20 Q2 I believe, so if you would be so kind...

IMO, really similar to what I have:

mine gives similar benefits health and happiness wise, houses 10. It only generates 1 PP and costs 12 BP, 6 RP, 1 BS, 3 Wealth Maintenance is 3 E.

last point concerning housing is confusing, I suggest that you remove it.

Also, I think that the 3rd point should automatically be included into the game mechanics:

Happiness gained from PP doesn't count to total PP, or something like that.

And Yes, Unique Buildings/units don't count.

The Cathedral I just finished: Pop creates .5 unhappy instead of 1 (rounded up)
The Cathedral cannot be copied (Hark's orders), I'm not sure about the vault.

Why are people complaining about the Utopia Project? If that's factionwide, it's easily just as good.

Also SP copying is stupid.

Utopia Project completely negates population unhappiness AND boosts health (as well as providing housing). This saves you tons of BP since you don't need to build ANY housing for that city... Ever... This also means you save energy since nearly all housing requires 1-3.Plus, no entertainment facilities since they cannot be unhappy, AND no health facilities since 6 citizens produce +2 health instead of the standard -1. The only worry you would have is food...
Compare to the Planetary Cathedral.
Yes happiness is less of a problem, but I still have health issues... And housing issues... And electrical issues...
And yes, SP copying is stupid (and shouldn't be an option)... Except for the Thinkers provide 2 RP one... I want that...

You can go ahead and post your app.
The political map is mostly correct still.

As for anything you should know:
You get 1 unique unit (UU) or building (UB). You propose it here, and Harkback Union will approve/edit it.

Depending on what year you are going to land, you get extra modules to help you catch up (the exact amount will be decided later). You also get a +8 Happiness bonus for the first 2 years (8 quarters) after landing.

Oh right- we forgot to add that you can take your ppl out of and into the pods immediately in the first 2 years.

sleeping people can't do anything, so if you put them into the pods, they can't work that turn. but they don't need food either.
