edit burning, did you account for the extra RP cost, with the already existing secret projects?
Also, it what would be really useful, is for people to start posting ICly if they had a secret project, so we can run a count or something.

You could always just move them out, or let them starve if you don't want the population. The trouble is that currently for every five population you hold on Elentei, you can hold an additional 7 outside anywhere completely free of downsides. That's powerful, no matter how you spin it. I'd happily put double Wealth into my Projects to get doubled bonuses for epic Lolz, but there's a reasonable limit on how powerful each project is.
Besides, you still have plenty more to build. You'll survive if your first one only provides an awesome bonus, not a game-breaking one.
I think it's the way my brain works. I can't settle for simply "good," it has to be better.
And besides, I'd like to mention the Walking Factory. Considering when it showed up, that thing was way more OP. My recent proposal still stands, but I have to go sleep, and since I already hate typing on a phone, this is it for the night.

You can copy other People's SPs.
0,5 Happiness per capital is still pretty dope as it provides a net surplus of 1.5 Health for every 5 units of population. Health is supposed to get more and more expensive as your population develops, not cheaper.
If you want to, you can scrap the Utopia project and invest all its BP, wealth and RP elsewhere or get different bonuses for Utopia, like free housing or increased PP, perhaps better population growth rate.

Can you please describe your 'Cathedral of Man'?
I'm want to know so I can change the name/description of my 'Planetary Cathedral' (so other people are not confused).
Also, if the ideologies behind the cathedrals conflict, can I mention yours in my IC?

@ Burning Maybe, but I would still prefer a flat bonus for health.

I think Hark's point was that if bonuses scale they are smaller. Like I get happiness for every base I build, but only one happiness, meaning the Base Core worker is happiness-free.

These are smaller, just a simple removal of Happiness and Health costs for Population in my capital, plus some extra non-loopable PP.

I would really like to avoid knocking out both happiness and health costs for bases entierly. If there are no health and happiness penalties for a base, you can infinitely stack population there without any drawbacks.

Except for the ever-increasing BP costs of supporting that population and/or giving them something to do.
I know it makes maintaining the economy computer harder, but I don't like the road/monorail mechanics, in that it makes strategically spreading infrastructure around your empire like you'd have to do IRL completely pointless.
