Looks good, though I think you have to specify which modules are damaged upon landing from the extended time in space.

If you don't want to catch up on 28 turns , you can choose the burning star's path and start with 8 modules around year 7 with some being damaged.

Erm... well if you start with 5 damaged modules, you are actually worse off at the very start.
I say we should reduce the no. of damaged modules to 3.
