This is a good start, but some of the details could be put across in a more 'neat' way, like this:

Flight Whatever you wish to call it,
Flightplan (where your plane has came from and is expected to land),
Date and time of day,

Victor Emmachezi, head of one of the most powerful 'Ndrangheta clans in all of Italy, sat back, relaxed and lit up a finely rolled Honduran Cigar aboard his G-6 Private Jet. 'What a wonderful trip to Ireland' he thought, as he took a drag from the cigar. His Second in Command - Alfonso Bianchi, sat opposite him across an oak table. 'Let me tell you something.' He said to Alfonso. 'Those Irish are crazy, but as long as we get paid, I got no objections.'

'Yes, but...do we have a plan, Sir?' Asked Alfonso in response, uncertainty about questioning his superior bled through his voice. Victor smiled, and gave clarity to the worrisome Alfonso.

'Yes, I do in fact.' Replied Victor, with his cigar tipped to the left side of his mouth. 'We're gonna send in 4 teams of 20 men, 2 from each have to be from Iceland and 3 others will be initiates, can't risk letting this come back to bite us in the ass.'

Victor stood from his seat, and meandered over to an ice bucket, complimented with a bottle of the finest Italian Pinot Grigio.

'Would you like one?' Victor asked, as he poured a glass.

Something like that. I can't speak for the rest of us here, but if I were OP, i'd like this sort of establishment. It adds definition to the character association.

That's a shame, the Moscow Pact takes the stance of "if you're not with us, you're against us." I'm sorry to hear this.
