I don't think Iran owns any territories outside their own country. Correct me if I'm wrong.

No, I found this thread when you submitted your Rebel group App. I then put tag and started working on my Iran app. You don't need to apologies I just want to solve this. If we can agree that Syria doesn't have ISIS in it than I'm willing to apply for them.

But, Syria does have ISIS in them, not for long though NATO is gonna boot them out of Iraq whilst Russia plans to send some Spetznaz units to Syria and crush them there.
