They say that in the great wars of NS Summer, there was one who did not fight with blood, but with iron. They named this one the Master of Tanks, and the thunderous sound of cannon and the rattling of machine guns could be heard far and wide, the crossroads before the capital of CotM being defended by this valiant one until it stood alone. Shitposters layed in droves, and entire army having been slain by the might of Sonitusia, Master of Tanks, Commandant of Iron, and Slinger of Shells.

Bio: Born around 400 years ago, Makoto was a member of a group of Samurai dedicated to the protection of Japan and its people. Deciding not to take sides in the ongoing conflict for the shogunate, the group instead hid and trained in order to prepare themselves for protecting whomever the next Shogun would be. Many of these warriors were capable in physical arts and in the magical arts.
Deciding to insure that the leader of Japan would always have a strong guard, the leader of these warriors opted to seal them away, leaving instructions to awaken them from their magical hibernation, as well as a message to only awaken those required to protect and to train others in their ways. And with that, a majority of the warriors were sealed off. Some time later, an earthquake cut them off from the outside world.
A few years ago, an archaeological dig discovered the resting place of these warriors. After trial and error, a few of these warriors were reawakened, and were dubbed the "Reborn". Many of the others died during hibernation, either from the earthquake, from faulty sealing, or other circumstances.
Makoto, now a living relic, must forge a new path in an unfamiliar world. A world tearing itself apart with war and bloodshed. The times of black and white moralities and clear allegiances are gone now, a far cry to the conditions of modern day. Will Makoto continue as a sworn protector of Japan? Or will his personal code rip him from his sworn duties as samurai?

Bio:
Alistair Belmont was born to a family that rivaled the Hellsings in Vampire Hunting. Both families were exceptional, but Alistair felt that he had something to prove. Upon hearing of a vampire in Romania, Alistair set off, weapons in hand, leaving his wife and sons behind. Upon arriving, he was beset upon by the countship of Tepes. Fighting his way to the Count, and engaging in single combat, Alistair was ultimately defeated. However, seeing the usefulness of the man, Tepes kept him alive and turned him into a vampire. Ashamed at what he had become, Alistair, once back up to full strength, fled the Castle and wandered the globe. Learning his powers, and how to use them, Alistair devoted himself to bettering the world. As such, he only drank what he needed to survive, and even then from those that knew what he was and who trusted him. As such, he decided that he would be very much the opposite of Dracula, instead choosing the name Alucard.
During his travels, he visited many places, such as Japan, Egypt, the United States, and others. From the people of these countries, he learned many things, such as martial arts, forms of swordsmanship, and other skills. In his travels, he gained many nicknames from the places he went to. Deciding not to get into the first World War, upon hearing of the circumstances of the second, Alistair decided to assist the soldiers of the allied countries.
Psychological Profile:
A cool individual of few words, Alistair is sworn to let no evil escape judgement. He endeavors to insure that the world is better off than it once was. Internally, he battles himself as he is now what he once considered evil. However, as he has done good, his mind is conflicted. Is he a creature of good or evil? He is deeply pessimistic and tends to over-plan things, not leaving anything to chance.
Why do you fight?: To rid the World of Evil!
Defining Quote: "As I live, there is no evil that will stand! And I shall finish what was started, the fight of the Belmont Clan!"
RP Sample:1876, Feudal Japan:
"Spread out!" the Japanese voice barked, and the other samurai nodded. The Ghost had to be here somewhere. They had been tasked with finding and capturing it, but it had just been too fast. Pale hair and pale face in the starry night. The Ghost could move faster than the eye could see, and struck as if made of lightning. Some of the men had taken to calling the Ghost "Raiden" out of respect.
Suddenly, one of the samurai cried out! The others rushed to his location, where they found him, lying unconscious. "He couldn't have gone far. Keep looking!" The captain ordered. The others nodded and continued their search.
Then it happened again. Another man down, and nothing to show for it. The Captain ordered the others to stick together. At least this time the soldiers would briefly see what was attacking them.
Gradually their numbers dwindled until it was just the Captain and another soldier. "W-We cannot best it! We need to get out of here!" The soldier panicked and ran.
"Stop, you fool!" The Captain shouted after the soldier, but it was too late. The Soldier felt little as a Shinai struck the back of his head, knocking him out.
It was at that time that the Ghost walked into view. It's description matched its appearance. It spoke in a Baritone voice. "Come," it instructed.
The captain drew his Shinai and charged the Ghost. The battle was over before it started. The Captain ended up on the floor, Shinai at his throat. The Ghost smiled. "How was that, Captain?"
The Captain grinned. "Very efficient, Mister Ghost. I feel your lessons are over."

Physical Description and/or Picture: HEHE
Species (if Human, specify if Mundane, Mage, Witch, Minuteman or Esper): Esper
Nationality: Russia
Ethnicity: Russian
Religion (if any): Eastern Orthodox
Powers/Magical Specializations (Only if Mage, Witch or Esper): Mind reading, feed-back, psionic blast, and psionic storm.
Bio: Konstantin Simonov was born as the eldest son of the general Vasily Simonov and Theodora Simonov. He had a sister, named Mata. They were seen as loyal Communists before and after Konstantin and Mata joined the Young Prioneers, but in reality they are secret Orthodox Christians. They didn't keep a Bible in the house, because they wouldn't risk prison, or death(they kept one at the tree in their yard). They often bonded together in the nearby woods near their cozy home in Murmansk, never thinking about the troubles of the rest of the world, until the time when news reached them that Stalin was about to begin a purge, and their father had fled to Finland, leaving their mother with them.
Their mother was their sole acting parent since 1920(when Vasily fled). Vasily would send letters, saying that "I miss you, but I fear for my life." Theodora would answer back, saying, "We will never be broken." Those letters, however, spelled her demise- she was suspected of treason(because one time she sent a letter saying "Just wait till the dictator dies"), and she was exiled to Siberia in 1930, leaving Konstantin and Mata alone. Still, Konstantin and Mata would never talk about it, perhaps to avoid the same fate of being sent to the cold wilderness. They both remained "faithful" members if the Young Pioneers, acting as if nothing happened, never showing their true emotions to the outside world.
That was, until the Nazis invaded the Soviet Union. In the routine screenings, he was found out to have psionic powers, and he was significantly more powerful than most of the Espers in the Young Pioneers.
He then started training to be worthy of the Shadow Ops, because even he is powerful, if he couldn't control his powers properly, then these powers are an epic fail. Finally, after 7 months of training, he went off the Shadow Ops.
Psychological Profile: Sane. Very sane.
Why do you fight?: For the Soviet Union and defend the people.
Defining Quote: "These idiots spend years in a military academy just to learn how to hold a knife and a fork. I'd rather try making a 200 milimeter gun on a BT-5 rather talk with these incompetent fools."

And therefore truly, Sir, I think it's clear that every man that is to live under a Government ought first by his own consent to put himself under that Government. And I do think that the poorest man in England is not at all bound in a strict sense to that Government that he hath not had a voice to put himself under.
