See, I think if we're going to do something Cold War-ish, something either in the US or behind the Iron Curtain would be cool. Bay of Pigs is cool, but it wasn't the longest or most interesting part of the war.

I think something taking place in, say, the US and focusing on the conflict between the CIA, the counterculture movement, the KGB, and the general backstabbing that comes from that would be cool. I'd also want to emphasize all the strange shit that happened, like MKUltra and that Soviet Man-ape program.

Stuff like the Bay of Pigs, Cuban missile crisis, etc could happen in the background.

And, cut the pic spam, folks. If you're going to include a picture, at least have the courtesy to downsize it before posting.

The CIA would, of course, be trying to capture the KGB agents, while the neutrals would be working for their own ends. It would be less "shooty shooty" and more stealth and espionage oriented. Events like the Cuban missile crisis, the Bay of Pigs invasion, etc would happen in the background, but would make relations between KGB and CIA would become even more strained.

I like the idea of a Cold War, espionage type RP. Honestly I like most if not all of the ideas floating about so maybe I'm not a great source for opinions.
