As you have likely guessed, this RP will be taking place during the life and times of a SPARTAN II, played by you the RPer. In the RP it'll be a bit more meotional and character building than the books and games portray the SPARTANs as due to a few expected changes. I also expect that all of you know the general Lore behind the popular game and book series Halo. If you don't it's a bit odd that you're here, but don't worry it's kinda simple, and you'll likely be taught along the way (who knows you might find a new series of game to play). But in order to get into the crunchiness there's a few things to get out of the way:

You get three total warnings. On your forth warning you get asked to leave, and if you don't the mods are called.

• 1. No Godmodding/Meta-Gaming: This can be defined as playing your character without limitations or having your character know things they couldn't possibly know. Like a six year old conscripted child knowing of the impending Covenant threat or what the hell is going to happen to them when they go to sleep that night.
• 2. Don't be a dick in the OOC: You can have your character be an aggressive and smarter version of a certain political candiate in the IC. But the moment you act like a dick in the OOC thread you'll get a warning.
• 3. No One Liners: Three full lines of text per each IC post, anything less is frowned upon and is generally laziness and will not be accepted. Anything greater is acceptable and is smiled upon.
• 4. No 'Dick measuring' contests: The moment two of you start arguing over which character is better, and it doesn't contribute to goings on in the IC. You'll both get a warning.
• 5. For the love of god keep it PG-13: This is a general site rule, and while PG-13 is a blurred line nowadays, the rules of thumb are: nothing sexually explicit, and nothing overly violent. This is a place to role play as possibly mentally broken super-soldiers, not write out deviant fantasies.
• 6. No multicolor or odd dialogue: No colored text, and no italicized/bolded/underlines paragraphs. Reserve them for actual use instead of using them for everything.
• 7. If you have a problem with a player, take it to TG. If that does not work, bring it to the OP or a CoOP's attention. Do not turn the OOC thread into chaos.
• 8. You have a 72 hour grace period to post if you're holding someone back, after that your character will be forced to move on by the OP or Co-Op. Failure to return will result in character death.
• 9. Don't just write for yourself, other want to get involved as well. I realize it's human nature, but try to involve other people's ideas, themes, and characters. A major part in RPing is having other people, don't turn them away or cast a blind eye.

Staff Sergeant, despite your no doubt best intentions for your request. I have hesitation about letting you get attached to the subjects, doing so will no doubt have a negative affect in your performance. Namely the training regimen that has been created and ran through by both yourself and all the trainers, as well as the number of war-game exercises you plan to run the subject through on their first week alone. Were this project not of the utmost importance to the security of the UNSC, I'd even ask for you to tone it down.

I assure you ma'am, I do have the best interest in mind despite your hesitation. It'll be three weeks before the kids get shipped here. In that time I want to get to know them, learn how to get under their skin. See what makes them tick. It'll also allow me to see when they're about to break. Rage is a damn good analgesic and one hell of a motivator, when they fall down, I'll get them angry, call them useless, wash outs. They'll get back up and forge on ahead, it's what all kids do. I'll push 'em enough so that they learn, grow better. But not enough to turn them into husks of human beings.


Sure, some might catch on when they're older, but by then it'll have been made clear what's going to happen. My goal is to train soldiers ma'am, not machines, and by God I'll train a batch in the coming years.

As per Section III protocol, each file will be transferred individually. As long and tedious a process this is, it'll at least give you enough time to read one file before you get the next. The one time I'm glad we were cut down to simply seventy five children. Doing this with almost three hundred files would be the most mind numbing experience I'd have since this project began.

Policy debate, the resolution is "The USFG should substantially increase its economic and diplomatic engagement with the PRC."

I myself am not debating since my partner is sick though I'm helping out and watching them.
