Imperials have better tech, more ships, more capital ships, more production ability, more R&D, more skilled commanders and pilots, more experience, and on and on....even while fractured, and Imperial Fleet is no joke, even to a major Confederate Fleet.

You are both underestimating the sheer size and might of the Empire and overestimating the size and power of the Confederate Navy.

And more skilled commanders? You underestimate the Kaleesh. At this point, they are fractured into, I believe, at least three subfactions, and are the weakest they have ever been.

Sidious built a warmachine unlike any other in the Galaxy, dwarfing both sides of the Clone Wars combined in a short amount of time. You know why he did this? He sensed the coming of the Yuuzhan Vong through the Force. That's right, big bad Palpatine wanted to save the Galaxy from it's greatest threat. Palpatine Was Right.

But it's still meta as fuck. He shows up because you personally feel like the Confederates are too powerful in the OOC. ICly, he shouldn't really care nor be concerned with a rogue Kaleesh commander and a hidden AI scheming around in the Outer Rim. He should grow interested after Mustafar, then begin moving into place after whatever major battle the CIS commits to after Mustafar. Not just "Hmm, I'm Thrawn, I better go fucking roflstomp Confederates because I'm God Emperor Thrawn, Destroyer of Worlds, Wrecker of You."

Oh yes, that's well established. Case in point, Vader directing blaster shots to his hand to absorb them harmlessly. Jedi reflect blaster bolts back at their enemies all the time- just with light sabers, not their minds. If people like Aela Secura were killed by mere amounts of blaster fire, it seems implausible that a random Force sensitive would be capable of a feat Jedi Knights couldn't pull off.

Many Jedi use this ability to sense incoming danger and use it to dodge blaster fire, but... only as like a form of like just knowing its about to happen and that kind of thing. Not necessarily what you're looking for, but it would lead to one being able to predict certain actions in battle which could give way to a Matrix-ish kind of thing, but not necessarily what you're looking for.

You're telling me that you don't control the Chiss but do control Thrawn? Thrawn controls the Chiss with the Empire of the Hand, that makes no sense. They literally go together, and the Chiss do not need to be their own faction. They are but another warring sector of the Empire with Thrawn as their Moff.
