Name: Horrish Gunray
Species: Neimodian
Gender: Male
Age: 49
Faction: CIS
Appearance:
Image
Personality: Horrish is very stuck up and selfish, and cares only about what is profitable. He bares no forgivness for those who cross him, and is savage in using his resources for personal gain.
Biography: Horrish is the long lost son of Nute Gunray, and is an extremely wealthy Neimodian. He has, in time of Imperial Rule, had immense sway over Neimodia and it's Purse Worlds. He was a loyal member of the Empire for most of its duration. He was loyal only because it was profitable. Now, he has used his influence in the absence of the Emperor to declare himself Viceroy of the Neimodian Federation and has joined the new CIS.
His entire life, growing up without his father present on the Neimodian Purse world of Cato Neimodia, caused him to despise his Father. It wasn't until the CIS was defeted that he seen his Father was truly right. He had devoted himself to something greater than his own son. That was honorable, and he then devoted himself to something great-the safety of the Neimodian People. Of course, he was greedy, and made sure any course he took was profitable to him as well.
Using his Fathers name, he rose to significance within the Neimodian worlds and was chosen as the Administrator of Neimodia and the Purse Worlds. With this position, he became wealthier than he was already.
He used his wealth to secretly fund the creation of a small droid army on Neimodia and rebuilt 7 Lukrehulk Battleships and his them from the Empire.
In recent years, as the Empire became weak, he built 2 more Lukrehulks with his own wealth. Finally, as the Emperor fell and a new CIS rose, he found it profitable to join the CIS.
Since his rise to power he has grown wealthier and more influential. He only hopes he retains his influence in the new CIS unlike his Father.

Well, Malevolence is currently battling on Geonosia, and Dread is currently doing... whatever Dread is doing... Captain Nefarious is currently commanding the League of Obvious Villains.

To be fair, that's pretty reasonable for a single planet. Especially considering he apparently bought his army.

Well I could make it more. I actually have 4, just so that's clear. Neimodia and all 3 Purse Worlds. What number seems fair? 200 Million across the entire Neimodian Federation?
I just didn't want to make the number to big.

Still come nowhere close to the current CIS droid numbers. Less than 1%.

Wow, less than 1%? If that's the case, then I will edit my number. Maybe 400 million?

Ok, I am thinking 300 Million with the following specifics-

180 Million B1 Droids
100 Million Super Battle Droids
19 Million BX Series Commando Droids
600,000 Droidekas
400,000 Crab Droids
That's a pretty good army.

Perhaps the building of more automated Droid Foundries on your Purse Worlds? Dread can be meeting with you about them through one of his avatars, or agents.

Like Rob said, Mally is in Geonosis, while my other CIS General, Dranon, is mucking around in the "northern" Outer Rim.

Pantorrum wrote:Wow, less than 1%? If that's the case, then I will edit my number. Maybe 400 million?

That is fair - B1s are very inexpensive, while B2s are only slightly more expensive. 400 million spread out among different droid classes, with the bulk being B1s, is reasonable, considering the true numbers we're working with in the CIS.

Again, though, that figure conceives of an army of tens of millions of battle droids not only being held on a world in the heart of Imperial space, but also being bought off the open market, not manufactured. I'm not seeing millions of battle droids being bought escaping Imperial notice, especially in the context of a Separatist sympathizing world. A few million could be concealed, at a stretch. Nearly a billion, hmm, seems implausible.

Well, given it's been established that we've reactivated 12% of the former CIS army, that puts us at...

Well, like G-Tech said, the planet Neimodia is in the heart of the Empire. It is reasonable I think to have 300 million droids on 4 planets. It would be difficult to have more without being noticed.
I think 300 million is pleasing. Neck, I am really pleased. I was happy with 80 million, so 300 million is exciting.

Anyway, now that I am in the open about the Neimodian Federation joining the CIS, the Viceroy would probably accept more protection from the CIS which would put more droids on the Purse Worlds and Neimodia. Also, building Droid Foundries sounds like a great idea. It would be a good way to join the CIS as a more important player.

Also, does the CIS have any extremely wealthy leaders besides mine?

Actually Rebels definitely weakest faction.

Best keep in mind though, those quintillions were still outright defeated by the GAR.

Plus twenty years of tech and infrastructure, so.

Besides, I think you'll find those numbers can be altered.

No, they weren't. Those quintillions were around at the end of the war, and simply deactivated.
