The Templar High Council wrote:Name/Alias: Rikki.
Gender: Female.
Age: 16.
Appearance: About 5'5" and somewhat on the thin side. And pointy ears. Her hair can turn pink and blue when harnessing her aurora, and her skin becomes blue when using any powers.(Image)
Species: Saana (see below).
Backstory: Rikki was born during a night of pink & blue aurora, in Canada's far northern wastes. Growing up, she had less companions than normal, and therefore spent a lot of time reading and learning about the world outside her hometown. She loves to fly, and always dreamed of seeing the rest of the world. After becoming old enough to make her own decisions, Rikki left her hometown and her "parents" for an adventure to see new places. First stop: Jump City, where her first goal is to go sailing on an actual boat.Saana Info
The Saana are a peculiar race. Their origin is one of the strangest of all, the race is born of solar winds. When solar winds impact a planet's magnetosphere, they create auroras. Each wave of solar winds also births a Saana. The race has blue skin and their hair is white, changing to the color of the aurora they were born from when utilizing their light-based powers. They also have pointed ears, like fantasy elves, and their eyes match the aurora they were born from as well. Example appearances are here and here.
Saanas generally live on and around a planet's poles, on Earth they venture as far as Canada, Russia, Northern Europe, Patagonia, and southern Australia. They only really venture further for good reason, because they're more acclimated to the cold. The diet of a Saana is nonexistent. Saana only need light from a sun or moon to survive, though they can eat if they want to, it is unnecessary. They also do not need oxygen, so they can survive in space.
Their culture is dependent on the culture of their planet's dominant species. In the case of Earth, their culture is similar to that of humans. They live on the fringes of the arctic and antarctic circles and imitate the nearest humans, usually Canadians, Russians, and Australians. Concerning names, they're quick and easy to say. Soft sounds are more common than hard sounds (more s's, less k's), and they don't usually extend longer than 3 syllables in the modern era.
Finally, the innate powers of the Saana. Firstly, they are capable of flight. I'm not going to explain how, because I'm not obligated to, but if I had to try and explain I would attribute it to their control over auroras. They can manipulate and generate auroras from their hair or the atmosphere, and use it to blind, block, or move enemies. It functions like aerokinesis, except it can be seen. The final power of the Saana is the power of their imaginations. A Saana can project their thoughts to others or to the world around them, including such powers as telepathy, telekinesis, and other psionic abilities. Saana can also create their own "plane" from their thoughts, where they are the gods. They can control their plane as they can control their dreams, and while it takes practice, experienced Saana with psionics can bend others to their will or trap them in mental prisons.
Powers and Abilities:
- Flight.
- No need to eat or breath.
- Saana can change their skin color to normal human pigments.
- Aurora Manipulation.
- Psionics.
- Mindscape Materialization.
- Imagination Manipulation.
Weaknesses:
- Auroras are not as powerful in bright light, as sunlight can overshadow the aurora. While they can still affect a battle, they cannot blind foes in broad daylight, though they may be harder to see based on the color of the aurora.
- While Rikki has great potential for power, the Saana as a race are no superior than humans in terms of durability or physical strength.
- Psionics are a lot more draining than flight or auroras.
Destructive Capacity: Large Building Level.
Speed: Escape Velocity (~Mach 40) (only when when flying, peak human when on foot).
Durability: Small Building Level.
Lifting Strength: Class 5.
Striking Strength: Class KJ.
Standard Equipment: None.
Intelligence: Naive concerning many human concepts, but she isn't necessarily stupid.

She is technically a Xyriximma, but her physiology is diluted and mutated, so she's technically her own species now.
Okay, I didn't mean identify her, I more meant assess her physical make-up. So, what I should have asked was, what is she made out of?
