Very neat - Van Zant is not swinging around continent-busting attacks on the daily, most of his strikes will be wall level on up - anything around country level on up (hell, even city level) is unknown territory for him and generally just a maximum output of power. Durability wise, he's fairly invulnerable similar to a Kryptonian due to his tactile telekinetic shield, but his stamina can run thin fairly quickly, and continuously getting hit with big hits can break the shield.

C'mon, he's the big Adonis of the group! He needs to be able to break things and take punishment.
