Backstory:

Meant to be a single entity, the blueprints for an entity known as Subject Alpha-Omega Prime were constructed as a joint effort between Kazuko and Asumar in an attempt to create the ultimate life form that would be tasked with the defense of the Old Masaki Dynasty. However, the project reached an unexpected roadblock when the subject had divided itself into two entities, now respectively known as Subject Omega-Prime and Subject Alpha-Prime. Ironically, Subject Alpha-Prime was the entity that emerged from it's larval form ten years before Omega-Prime emerged from it's larval state. In order to maintain the secrecy of the Alpha-Omega Program, Subject Alpha-Prime, now known as Project: Redwing was stored in stasis until Omega-Prime would emerge from it's larval stage.

Five Years later, Subject Omega-Prime, now known as Project: Blackwing emerged from it's larval form with an unexpectedly large and unusual power level that subsided without ever resurfacing. Prior to the events of the Secret Wars, when Asumar was injured severely by Kilian Roth, the near-fatal injury resulted in the accidental release of the Discarded Star Contingency, which caused the escape of both Alpha-Prime and Omega-Prime from their confines. Not only did it result in their escape, but the true reason of their existence was then realized: the two entities were meant to act as a weapon against Kilian's powers if he ever threatened the existence of the Human-Celestial Species, or threatened the integrity of the Old Masaki Dynasty. Fortunately, when he was revived, Asumar decided to deactivate the Discarded Star Contingency, which caused both Alpha-Prime and Omega-Prime to go "under the radar" for a time.

Powers and Abilities

Power of both Entities:

• Psionic Manipulation: Although meant to be a single individual, both Alpha and Omega inherit the powers of the Celestial Spectrum Force due to the Celestial Cells within their bodies, they are also capable of utilizing almost all psychic, psionic, and mental powers.
  
• Mind Link: As genetic brothers, Alpha-Prime possesses an ability that allows him to feel whatever Omega-Prime is feeling, and vice versa, allowing for both brothers to become instantly notified whenever the other is in danger, pain, in anger, or any other type of emotion that they feel.
  
• Regenerative Healing Factor (Absolute Level): In the original design of Alpha-Omega Prime, both Alpha-Prime and Omega-Prime are capable of regenerating down to the molecular level.
  
• Demigod Physiology: With their raw and latent power being unlocked at their birth, both Alpha and Omega inherit the physiology of the Human-Celestial Hybrids, not only granting them immunity from aging, but also due to their complex genetic structure based off of species such as Saiyans and even Arcosians, they are granted with a greater variant of Enhanced Condition.
  
• Zenkai: Due to being born with Saiyan Cells within their bodies, both Alpha and Omega are able to gain a great increase of power whenever they suffer a Near-Death Injury.
  
• Energy Manipulation: Due to the presence of both Saiyan and Celestial Cells within their bodies, both Alpha, and Omega are capable of manipulating, and even absorbing numerous types of energy, they are also capable of manifesting objects, and even create constructs made of energy.

Weaknesses:

• A flaw with the mental link is that if one of the two bio-brothers happens to die, the other dies along with it's brother as they both technically share the same life force.
  
• Due to the sheer number of genetic material within them, neither Alpha or Omega are capable of transforming into a Celestial Form.
  
• Unlike average Human-Celestial Hybrids, Alpha and Omega are not as adept as Asumar with their Energy Constructs, meaning that the stronger their construct is, the more taxing on their power it is.

And considering that they've been loose following that event, and that the Discarded Star Contingency was deactivated, they no longer felt the need to try and kill Kilian, thus giving them a great amount of time to research and use of the Speed Force without much interruption, is that a proper explanation?

Yiss. He'd say mean things to her knowing she couldn't hear them, haha.

In case you mean because my character would listen through deafening music through headphones. You should also remember she absorbs soundwaves with her entire body and not just hear what you said, she would have heard it if you said it from several miles away.

She can't turn it off, it's one of the reasons she doesn't have a long term memory, there's no room to store everything she hears.
