If I keep trying to explain civil war I think I'm going to get angry at some point so I'm just going to leave it here and simply say goodnight to everyone.

The Civil War thing also will basically cancel every other arc because someone has to make a choice is what you're saying. So every arc has to be put on hold until afterwards.

I'll start the Craig trigger tomorrow, Zark and Charm, I'll put in a timeskip of a few weeks to compensate for Etla and Craig teaching her about Earth.

No. Everyone who wants to participate in the arc has to make the choice. Everyone else can just go about their business.
