Have you guys heard of spoilers? Some people do NSG on phones and stuff and it just kinda makes it hard to navigate with images everywhere.... :/

Maybe instead of Middle Eastern themed and in a desert, the library could be Greek themed and underwater. You would use a diving bell (like Alexander the Great was lowered in according to legend) to get to the library.

I just wanted to make this clear, as my character is on the edge of insanity, sometimes his personalities talk. So that's what's with the red and green colors I used.

I have been wondering what sort of kingdom or realm Prince Gabriel might come from.

I have been imagining he comes from a coastal "Grand Duchy" where the royal family, and the feudal economic and social structure, is becoming increasingly ineffectual and their power is being gradually eroded by a guild/ merchant oligarchy inspired by the Hanseatic League. His parents are unable to recognize that the world is changing, but he knows that it is and that his expected role will eventually become obsolete due to the shifting balance of power.

I'm thinking of joining in. What do you guys think of a human/lovecraftian being hybrid? Just to make things clear I will make my character still have a human form with a few mutations and a few abilities relating to the otherworldly origins.

It seems this RP takes place in a completely fictional world, so I would assume RL religions don't apply.

With that being said, Prince Gabriel has rejected the pantheon of his culture, and tries to worship a benevolent "true God" or "God of the gods", who he believes created the universe but does not intervene in its affairs like the lesser gods. He will sometimes ask it for guidance or say "thank you", but he does not really know if such a thing exists. He just wants to believe in it.
