So I am wondering, what could be a "happy ending" for each of your characters?

For Gabriel, it would might be to have someone who loves him for who he really is, to finish his great philosophical treatise (probably after experiencing some spectacular adventures), and maybe to actually get to attempt whatever social experiments he came up with for his dream "free republic" project.

hmmmm I'm not quite sure if Loken has a happy ending or an unhappy one, he's just..... The Wanderer, to travel world till he dies a horrible death or is lead astray from the path he was set upon.

Nahh, but no sense in keeping it secret seeing as your all probably gonna find out anyway.

A true happy ending for her would basically be just to get reunited with clan Dragonvayne, her family. Since she left at a very young age she doesn't really know what happened to them. If she were to ever find out they were still alive, she'd drop everything to find them and if she did, and they accepted her, she'd just plain leave. No more terrorizing the world, no more burning and killing, all of that would stop if she was ever reunited with and accepted by her clan again.

Fact of the matter is they probably wouldn't, considering she was the weakest of them all, and the most violent. She was more of a hindrance on the clan than anything else. But who knows, they just might accept her if they're still around.

Another possible ending I had in mind for Gabriel is that he is scapegoated for something in some kind of court intrigue and is assassinated by someone he previously trusted.
