1. I think the strike is rather unnecessary. I was unaware of a lockdown, if you had asked, I would have removed the post... A strike would have been reasonable had you asked me to remove the post, and I refused, but to give me a strike without any forewarning or steps taken to prevent having to give me a strike I find unreasonable.
2. I've watched the anime several times as well as read the mangas. I've also done reviews of the anime on Anime-Planet.
3. Hospitals, the facilities to take care of players and non-players alike set up by a guild (in this case Sakura no Chishi), they house extensive potion stocks as well as cures for various curses or other long-lasting debuffs.

Alright then, I'll simply have all the extra members be volunteers that function without a guild, but work together. And I didn't see any rules regarding it being illegal to have multiple guild working together through alliances.
